★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having trouble completing an order online, called the store for assistance and SUE wasn't any help. She wanted to immediately redirect me to customer service, when thats not what I wanted. I just wanted to know if they had something in store and if they could set it aside because I was having trouble placing the order online terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in and started shopping, my mother in law hardly ever goes shopping to be safe. She got gift cards for her birthday, needed clothes and had a horrible experience the first 5 minutes we were in the store. I understand how masks are mandated but she was told she had to wear one. She has a note from her Dr, stating she cannot wear one due to panic attacks. She wears a clear visor instead. They told her no she had to put on a mask. My mom left the store in tears. She needs clothes and needed to look at the clothing available. I'm absolutely horrified at how she was treated when she has no choice in the matter! Everywhere else is fine with you wearing a face visor. I'm absolutely apalled! We then phoned the penningtons on the west side and they were fine with the visor. I dont understand, she does not have covid and she is going out safely. But I guess whatever. Will never be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite stores. However they never seen to get in enough clothes. My size is usually sold out. Staff is always professional and helpful. I do wish they'd lower the top racks so shorter people could reach items up there. That's frustrating and staff are sometimes busy with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALWAYS great and friendly customer service! Prices are far too expensive for me, so I've learned to shop at sale times, when items are super cheap! Also check website before shopping for lower priced items...the ladies look great in their Pennington's outfits, but they also get a discount...so, I stick with sale items haha. Own multiple winter coats that would have cost a pretty penny and picked them up for practically nothing! You need to know when to shop?Those quality coats do not go outta style! Both dress and casual. While sales are on, I stock up on everything (bra's, tights, nighties, top's, bottoms) you know you're gonna need them.

when other people came in they would greet them nicely and try to help every second until they leave the store.
She wanted to get some nice outfit or undergarment because they were having good deals.
Been here few times but this visit was very unpleasant and felt very discriminating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was right away treated poorly when I came into the store. I got asked to hang up my own cloths on hangers. I kept having to find someone to help me. There was maybe one or two other people in the store and the clerks were ignoring them too. I was so frustrated and felt so slighted. It was embarrassing. I will never go back into the 8th street store.
