★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service today. I wanted to return sandals that were NOT USED and the lady wouldn't give me a refund. She said because the tag wasn't attached (but it was provided). She could have just reattached the price tag. She tells me I can have a credit or a exchange. I went looking around the store (which never once got any assistance or checked up on) and noticed that other pairs of sandals didn't have any price tags on them. So what was the difference .. the ones on the shelves didn't have a tag to show the price or the size. Once I use my store credit, I will not be going back there.
