★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second incident for this week, I walk in, I got greeted by one of the workers but after that I didn’t get help from them until 10 at the shoe wall. I’m disappointed in the skate community for letting these slide, I know that skaters don’t work at these skate store because it’s for posers and scooter kids.. I got better service at west 49 then Zumiez...Zumiez sucks!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this store and I was turned off by how disgustingly messy it has become.
I can’t believe how down hill this place has gone. It wouldn’t surprise me if it got shut down at this point. I came into the store and got greeted which is nice but she sounded way too preppy and fake. What she was saying is obviously her go to lines and not personal at all. That was my first issue, be real with your customers and make connection. Dont read from a script. I shopped around for a bit and decided I liked something from up high but I couldn’t get it so I looked around for some help and they were all at the back counter talking avoiding me so I found a stick and got it myself. I went to try some things on and the lady who got me the change room is also the one that greeted me and she smelt really really bad. I feel like that shouldn’t be a problem when working in retail but anyways. I get in there and the change rooms were a complete mess there were tags on the floor the mirrors were dusty and had finger prints all over them and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. I was so disgusted that I didn’t even try them on. On my way out the back stock room door was open so I took a peek and the mess back there looked worse then it was in the actual store which I didn’t think was possible. I used to love this store. The staff were amazing and personal. It was always so nice and clean but now I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I read some other reviews and whoever the “owner” is really needs to look into cleaning up this mess of a store instead of leaving a copy pasted reply to the review. If this store gets cleaned up and the employees stop using a script then it’ll get a lot more business.
