★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location to ship a package with that I had already printed a shipping label. They charge me a dollar to tape the shipping label on and tape the lid of the box closed. They literally charge me $1 just for a few pieces of tape. I actually thought they were kidding at first but they actually charger me a dollar just to have this small box tapped. I never write reviews but this service is just ridiculous. Save yourself a dollar and poor service and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome business. I’ve had a mailbox here for over 3 years, always friendly and you’ll get a call when you have parcels. You can also call and ask them to check your mail if you’re waiting on an important letter. If you need business printing, business cards, etc, they do top quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been with this store for over 25 years started when it was Mail Boxes Etc. so I have seen alot and always had good service. Feel sorry for the staff when UPS does not live up to there end the staff takes verbal abuse from the customer for something they had no responsibility for. The staff has always been respectful and completed printing,faxing, photo copies etc.on time and been very helpful to meeting my needs. I will continue to use there services.

1- Employees: Li is an excellent customer oriented leader, she acts to any request in a very quick manner with very high quality. She is always cooperative and supportive. In addition she is details oriented and focusing on what makes customers satisfied.
2-Service: I am UPS client now for almost 1 and half year and i am very happy to say that this branch is excellent when it comes to mailboxes, sending shipments and other services.
3- i strongly recommend this branch in specific and very happy to say they will help you as VIP CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhappy customer the lady was too loud like yelling at me when I asked some info about the shipping. No patience at all… will never recommend UPS on 8th street. She needed some lessons how to dealt with customers or be a good customer service knowing that the service fee was very expensive. She does not fit to work in that job/ company very poor service…

First time I transacted at a shipping store where I felt there was a real customer service. 5star!!! Ill be back for sure
