★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trudi at the Stonebridge Prairie Mobile location helped me coax my husband away from a very old Blackberry to a new palm-sized Galaxy flip. She had such patience transferring data and explaining features to him that he enjoyed the transaction. He sat outside the store hooking his new phone up to his truck and she stayed near the door to answer each question as it arose. I have dealt with Trudi over several new contacts and she makes tech seem easy. Trudi and I high-fived as I left. Mission accomplished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I just upgraded our iPhones and renewed our plan. We were taking advantage of the latest promotion and trading in our old phones. That meant transferring the data (etc) from our current phones to the new ones. We also needed to get new accessories. Sameer was so patient and helpful throughout this whole process. Thank you Sameer. Trudi also helped out - returning our email to let us know when the phones were ready to be picked up. In an industry where there is so much competition for basically the same products and plans, it is customer service that influences the decision to (a) return to the same company or, (b) look elsewhere. Prairie Mobile Communications has always provided us with top notch service and these two reps continued that tradition. Well done! and Thank you.
