★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! The BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Placed a pick up order at 5pm and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Then went to Little Caesars to get the kids the pizza they wanted. Arrived at BPs at 5:27pm but my order had not been placed. Manager offered to make the order and have it delivered to my house, on them, so the kids hot and ready would still be hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, happy waitress, efficient service and delicious food. Great specials on specific days of the week...when I was there, specials were on pints of beer and single serve pizzas. Perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful service. We were put into the lounge for lunch. Waiter/bar tender took our drink order… sat there for 10 minutes before he filled our Pepsi after banging stuff around the bar. After watching him with the aweful attitude we got up and left before we even ordered food. Would have been an hour before we got food!!! Not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group of 4. Appy pizza took 45 minutes to get to us. Dry, ham was burned and curled up, about 6 pieces of pineapple and the rest of the topping was some greasy unknown coldcut and oily rubber cheese. We had asked for double cheese, glad they forget it!
Our main meals were
1 Steak Dinner - undercooked
1 Spaghetti with Meat balls
Spaghetti was nice but meatballs were greasy and meat seemed like pork not beef. Tasteless barely any sauce. We asked for more sauce ON ALL PASTA AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDERS and were given a tiny plastic container each of THE SAME SAUCE no matter which sauce came on the pasta ???. Everyone found their pasta tasteless, extra sauce didn't help much on the gluey overcooked mess and ANYTHING you ask for is EXTRA. I MEAN ANYTHING! Except salt and pepper....?
The entire meal was bust and after we went home to watch films, we bought a bucket of good old reliable KFC, fries, gravy and salad.
It was GOOD! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby and I came into BP's for lunch.. It was nice and cool inside the restaurant. We sat in the dining room and there was noone else in there at the time. We got our Drinks quick and ordered our food. The Waitress was really quick with the drinks and the starter nachos. She was super friendly and gave off good vibes. The only thing I managed to take a picture of was the Virgin Caesar I ordered. I recommend this location for your next BPs craving. Staff is kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the absolute best experience at this location! I've been to others in the city and they've all been great but nothing beats the service we received from Jess. She's probably the friendliest, most up beat and hilarious server I've ever had. I will 100% be returning, it was an experience I'll never forget!
