★ ★ ★ ★ ★ January 13th 2021... extreme winds and heavy wet snow rip through Saskatoon. Our home lost power but when we looked out the window, nobody else on our block did. Confused we flipped breakers and nothing seemed to work. Just before midnight I called the 24hr support line. The dispatcher was very kind, helpful, and sent a crew to our home. Within an hour (during a wicked storm I might add) a crew in truck "1318B" had the power back up in minutes upon arrival. We just wanted to say THANK YOU to the men and women that "keep the lights on". Sincerely.

I do not typically expect much in the ways of service and friendliness from public services (just based on past experience). However, the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. It is really nice to have people like her helping serve our community. If you are at Light & Power and reading this, keep up the great work! :)
