I've tried different flavours from here and while some were not a huge hit for us, they're all full of flavour. My partner and I specially like the Spicy Paneer. The service is always very prompt and even when we order on-site it does not take very long for it to be ready.

Affordable prices, did not mind the waiting time because the pizzas were worth it and tasted delicious. I especially loved the sesame seed crust and the packed flavor. There was low amount of people in the place and I felt very comfortable and not claustrophobic. Will come back again.

I ordered pepperoni, pineapple and bacon....only to be told I was going to be charged extra for the pineapple. That is considered an extra topping. What???? I have ordered that pizza several times without any issues. I ended walking out and will never be back!!
K	Kasey R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I have had Swan Pizza several times before so I had high expectation going in. First of all, the presentation was not appetizing. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that the pieces were not together; rather they were all over the place (like in the picture). The shape of the pizza was interesting as well. It wasn't round hence wasn't cut proportionally at all. Moreover, the crust for one of the pizza was very, very soggy. I could barely hold a piece in my hand as everything was falling apart, and it was making the cardboard box wet at the bottom. Swan Pizza used to be one of my favourite pizza places, so this was a very disappointing experience. Maybe because this is one of the newer locations.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews from customers over the past few months as our first experience was great.

M	Marlow D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Red Swan but recommend a different location as customer service is abysmal here. I ordered through Skip the Dishes, after 2 hours and no pizza I called the store. They were perfectly happy to report that they made my pizza it had been sitting ready for 30 minutes and all was well in the world because it was not their fault. Honestly it was likely skip the dishes fault .but could use a bit of empathy after 2 hour wait for supper that never came. They enjoyed my money, I did not get to enjoy their pizza,

Original Review: Ordered for a workplace gathering and most of the pizzas were over cooked and they don’t offer any deals for businesses after asking. It’s a shame, other pizza places do. I recommend them if your looking for a single pizza but for a workplace gathering and bulk ordering it’s worth going somewhere else. Also for some reason I couldn’t get a new receipt at the counter despite the top of it saying “order is voided, customer did not show up” which isn’t the best when you need it to expense the pizza. Again don’t recommend if you buying for a work gathering.
