★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to get through on the phone. 3 different days at different times I have tried. Hire more admin staff to answer your phones as you have many doctors making lots of money. This should not be an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there over 20 year,3 doctor,all were caring and professional.
With Dr. Theil now deserves 5 stars,very knowledgeable and professional.
It's been over 2 years with Dr. Theil ,I am 68 this last year was tough. Had a minor stroke,have afib,and have phlegm problem in my throat as I write. This doctor listens but also supply his opinion what medication shoud be taken and what referrals should be made.
In all you is professional and deserves the 5 stars.
If you disagree see how most speciast treat you, 5 mins your out the door,without some kind of help.
Except drink water.
So when you get a great doctor appreciate how lucky you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally can never call cause the line is ALWAYS busy. My sons prescription was never sent to a pharmacy a month ago and been trying to call to get it sent since... worst drs office ever. I'm amazed they have patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always running late and the reception never answers phone and can be rude. The doctor we have is great but other than that I wouldn't come here ever again. Parking lot sucks too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat on hold for 10 minutes, got hung up on. Called back, sat on hold for another 10 minutes, got hung up on again. For their automated message saying "your call is very important to us", they definitely show otherwise. It's ALWAYS an issue to get through, reception here is an absolute joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is no more what it was. Reception is always busy no proper answers from staff. It is so difficult to get appointment for doctor in case of urgency. They are always running late and most important they definitely need some experienced doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous. My doctor left and they called me to put me under a different doctor. Guess what... they never did put it in their system. So currently I have no family doctor and have to go searching for another one due to their incompetence.
If possible, avoid this clinic. They seem to have issues keeping their doctors around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel fortunate for having Dr Dufour as my doctor. She is wonderful, takes the time to listen to her patients and is very knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I’ve been seen by two other doctors of the clinic during walk-ins and they were wonderful as well.
