Takes forever to get a medical appointment, then when you try and call to cancel it they never answer the phone to cancel it. I tried calling for two days straight to cancel my appointment and the phone kept ringing for two hours straight and then they said to leave a message and they would call back and I did and they never called me back . Very poor service.

My review is about Dr. Watt’s and front staff I have visited clinic 20 minutes before my appointment and waited to talk to attend 10 minutes to talk. No line up but she was busy over the phone with someone and discussing about P.R process to find out on IRCC website. Appointment time was at 6.10 PM and Dr. Watt’s came to see me at 6.40 PM. This Doctor first need to learn about customer service than again go back to institute to study medicine. After waiting such a long time he just complete all discussion in 3 minutes… stand up and start going out of clinic… I said I want to discuss about my situation and he answers schedule new meeting he is running behind the time and can’t help me. I have left 3 messages to clinic a day before and no revert and after all this professional’s doesn’t know how to behave with patients. Dr. Watts’s should learn customer service first and pass medicine again… stupid fellow

I used the "walk in service", and was told I needed to book a walk in appointment. Kinda defeats the purpose in my mind. I chose to wait and was seen approximately 45 min after arrival, and was the only one in the waiting room. Saw the physician, and was on my way. Over a week later, my visit is not watered in ehealth, nor were the test or results. This is quite frustrating. Reception was honestly the worst part. I will never attend this inic again, for any reason.

Why don't they answer their phone? Or respond to requests using their online form? or emails?? It's incredibly frustrating to call over the course of many days in a row to never get through to speak with anyone. After being on hold the phone starts ringing but nobody picks up. I finally let the phone ring about 200 times and was surprised it was eventually picked up. That must be annoying for the receptionists to have a phone ringing 200 times. Why not have a callback system or something to let patients know they will be able to speak with someone?

I’ve had to visit Lifebridge Medical many times over the past year and a half and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and Dr. Watts. Dr.Watts has been beyond helpful, always taking my symptoms and experiences seriously and referring me to specialists when needed. He also involves me in my care by asking my opinions and letting me know when he knows the answer versus when he is unsure (which as a health professional I appreciate!). Although we are still on a journey of figuring out what is wrong I’m so glad to have such a supportive physician and pleasant staff to see when I go in for my appointments.

Not a great experience with this clinic. We made an appointment, that was confirmed, however, an hour or so later they called back, and changed it for a phone (!) appointment. The receptionist told us that it has been the practice since the pandemic….which is loads of BS. We’ve been there before, in person, as a matter of fact, we never had a phone consultation. If I want to deal with my issues over the phone, I’ll use my Telus Health app, and not trying to see a doctor. They have also started to charge $25 for a sick note ? The reviews about the long time unswerving their phone is 100% correct… almost impossible to get through.

I have been here multiple times over the years and the experience has always been great with each doctor. I love that you can call to book a same-day appointment with the walk-in clinic. This is amazing if you have littles or do not want to have to take a lot of time away from work. This is my preferred walk in clinic if I cannot get in to see my family doctor. Thank you to all the staff.

After calling million times, I received a call back from the clinic. The Filipino receptionist was rude and completely not understanding. I always take my daughter there. My doctor is great, very knowledgeable. I need to speak with my doctor for my new born baby and she completely refused to understand the situation and asked me to bring the referral letter from my family doctor to see my regular doctor. And when I tried to explain my situation, she hung up on me. It’s always says on their reception desk that we won’t tolerate any kind of verbal abuse, then why can’t they follow the same rule. Please train your staff in a right way! No on can tolerate this kind of behaviour as well.
