★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People were polite on the phone which is why I am giving one star. I had booked an appointment and took time off of work, only to show up and be told that I must have come in on the wrong day because I wasn't on the schedule. No one in the office could tell me what day my appointment was booked after asking multiple times, so I left; I thought I must have made the mistake. I left a voicemail after I checked my day-planner and they promptly returned my call to accuse me of going to the wrong office, which I verified that I did not. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was handled wrong on every level. It seems that there is a clerical/administrative issue in terms of scheduling with this office. I didn't make it far enough to meet the physicians, so I have nothing to say in that respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went here to have my echo done. There was no waiting time and I was promptly ushered into a room. The nurse doing the echo did a fine enough job but I did not appreciate having her spend 10 minutes on the phone speaking a foreign language at the same time as dealing with my procedure. I wanted to say that I would come back if she had personal issues to take care of. I feel that behavior was very unprofessional.
