Today I started with massage which was with Alisha she applied just the right pressure for deep tissue I’m feeling so grateful as I have zero stress atm. After the massage I had chiro treatment with Kelly and it just made the whole day so much better as the treatment released my tension in my upper spin area. 5 star s ????

I see her monthly as well for migraine treatment (both chiro and accupuncture). She has absolutely changed my life! She is kind, friendly and really listens to you. They use an app with video stretches and you can track your progress with your stretching through the day on your custom plan. Really clean and spacious clinic. What I got was a very professional acupuncturist that did not just deal with the pressure points where the needles were to be inserted but dealt with you on a complete level. Top to bottom, physically, mentally. He went through my history and came up with a game plan to get me to where I need to be. Including everything from journaling to hydration. I am very impressed and was so relaxed from my first appointment. It was fantastic!

I started seeing her for prenatal adjustments and now postpartum with her growco program. The growco program was amazing, I would highly recommend it to every mama!

If there is an ailment I inquire about they always explain what is happening and why the treatment they are using is what will usually work. I have been happy with every chiropractor , last several years Dr. Kurt Lanigan, physiotherapist, massage therapist and the acupuncturist Gregory Hartz. Office staff excellent too. Would recommend to everyone.
