Lifemark rehabilitation services
Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.
As leaders in all we do, Lifemark therapists have developed specialty physiotherapy-based services within our clinics. Our vestibular (dizziness and balance), cancer, pelvic and concussion rehabilitation services all make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians today.

Promoting movement to a better life through sports
As a National Partner of Special Olympics Canada, we work with the organization to reveal the full potential of Special Olympic athletes by improving their health and fitness. We provide healthcare services through the Healthy Athletes program, assistance at events across the country, and post-event care for injured athletes at our clinics across Canada.

Spoke to the receptionist about my concerns. She was extremely pleasant and reassuring. Have seen Jackie and Alix, and they have been nothing but absolutely lovely and professional! I can't say enough good things about this place! Well done! Just great, caring, normal, non judgmental people, who are doing a wonderful job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Monica directly & she was always very understanding, she’d be tough with you when needed (ex: you don’t listen to her and wind up making yourself worse) and just being an overall great support system. She was happy and uplifting and made the pain you have to work through to get better, a little bit easier. Above all else, she cared! And I appreciated it so much. 10/10 would recommend her and life mark to anyone!

I’ve been working with Monica, physiotherapist for a couple years off and on, very smart lady, knows her stuff. Also very friendly and kind. I have sent a few people to her, all have come back to thank me. And most recently I’ve worked with Alix, massage therapist. Very impressed with her as well. Really great atmosphere.

I've had lower back problems for quite some time now, and just recently after visiting this clinic, I've noticed significant improvement. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Allison (the physiotherapist), Dr.Kristoff (the chiropractor) and Amanda (the massage therapist). Allison and Dr.Kristoff not only provide intensive treatment, they also try their best to inform me about my condition and answer all of my questions. Allison uses different methods to treat my lower back whilst Dr.Kristoff uses different techniques of adjustment. Amanda is also a very good massage therapist. Her techniques of deep tissue massage are amazing. Super grateful to find this clinic. They are truly professional in what they do, and clearly do it with a passion. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifemark has been my home away from home while attempting to fix an old injury from a car accident. I am so thankful to have found this place. My physiotherapist Allison has gone above and beyond to help me and after over 10 years of chronic pain I am starting to feel better! My chiropractor Mike also does an outstanding job. He was able to discover that my lower back was having so many issues because of an old injury in my hip flexor! I recently tried dry needling with Nicholas and it was WONDERFUL! I will definitely be booking in with him again. Oh and I had a great massage from Alix once as well! The ladies at the front are always so welcoming and friendly. Everyone here work together as a team and it really shows. Seriously love this place! 5 STARS all the way!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike Kristoff is the best Chiropractor I have seen. I feel down the stairs and injured my tail bone and was all out of place. Kristoff has been working on fixing my back and every time I go there I feel much better! I will continue to go to him and recommend him to all of my friends and family.
Also, the receptionists are always really nice!
