s	sajin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the Doctor's office multiple times and all the calls were not attended, Went there in-person to book an appointment with Dr. Conlon, I asked the receptionist ... why youguys are not answering any calls?, she replied in a rude manner saying that am the only staff and i cannot attend all calls... So whats the point ?? hire more staffs or direct the calls to voice mails atleast and when its not busy check voice messages and reply.. i booked a telephone appointment with doctor.. but the doctor never called me back.. pathetic experience..

I dunno if the doctors know but they never answer the phones and there's no voicemail which I hardly think would make a difference because I don't think they'd return the calls. Open at 830 but they will answer calls when they feel like it. I've been there first thing in the morning handful of times too they aren't so swamped they can't pick up a phone. Need new office staff asap. I know if I were the doctors running that clinic and I knew how bad it was heads would roll.
a	aarsha sajin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Conlon is really nice. But the staffs at the front desk ,they never answer to the phone calls. PLEASE hire more staffs to help with the calls. Front desk staff please understand we are coming there at your clinic for a reason, so its not that nice to show your frustration on us. Try to be more professional please. Its really disappointing. This is the fourth time for me to be treated like this. I dont want to change my Doctor just because of this staff at the desk.

A	Abby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was hoping to get in with Dr. Conlan but like all the other people leaving reviews, they never answer their phones. I have phoned at least five times, three of those times in one day. I have also messaged their Facebook which has been no help either. No wonder he’s still taking patients - because no one can actually get a hold of them to make an appointment. If you’re going to have incredibly terrible staff that can’t do the most basic of jobs, please make it easier for the rest of us and figure out an online booking system.
A	Amanda Robbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible reception, terrible doctor. Every time I phone to make an appointment I have to call at least 12 times as there is never an answer. There is also no voicemail or call back service so making an appointment is stressful and too much of a hassel. Dr. Conlon - my first initial appointment was not comforting as when I told him of a condition I had, his reply was "oh Jesus" in a uncomforting tone, not professional at all. The next time I somehow managed to make an appointment after again 10 tries, I almost had to doctor myself. I told him of my problems and was met with no recommendation, I had to ask if certain things would help multiple times. Even after that I had to ask if I needed a requisition as he just sat there with no help. The last time I phoned 13 times and booked a phone appointment as I had not heard back about my x-ray or lab results. To no surprise, I received no call from him. I wasted my time sitting around waiting for him to call. I phone back the next day and was told he would phone me later that day. Again, no phone call. Absolutely pathetic clinic. Don't waste your time. I gave them multiple times to show me it was worth the hassle and stress, but each time was let down. Would give 0/5 if possible

They never answer the phone and if they do, they do in a very rude manner, been trying to get refills for the last 5 days......very frustrating and I dont have time to call 8 times a day
D	Deryk Malmgren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get into Dr. Strydom to get a referral to a specialist for skin cancer. The receptionist said she will Leave a note on his desk and call me. Two weeks went by. I returned for follow up. Receptionist said the note was still on his desk. Now two more weeks have gone by. Over a month and no contact or follow up. Absolutely brutal. This is the worst clinic for front end and also doctors. Do not go here if you want decent care and considerate treatment.
