lovely reception staff; leave a mesage & get a callback within the same day, & reminder calls 1 day before your appointment. Dr. Yazid is great; forgot a few things, but remembers with a reminder; seems busy. overall great clinic.

Made an appointment for 10:10AM with a new family doctor here. I waited in the waiting room until 10:45AM for my name to be called and taken to an examination room. I waited another 25 mins in the waiting room and still no doctor. This was my first initial visit with this family doctor. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re waiting an extra hour to see the doctor. Meanwhile as I am waiting other people are being called for their appointments and leaving before I get in for mine. They aren’t mindful of their patients time and schedules. I left the appointment. If the first initial appointment is like this I can only imagine what future appointments would be like. I will find a different family doctor elsewhere.

I went to take my baby in because he’s fevered and hasn’t been eating all day and hasn’t been feeling good since lastnight and it took atleast almost 20 minutes for the receptionist to finally say she could “help us” then they asked the covid questions ofc and I mentioned baby has a fever. They took his temp and told me to sit down with baby and wait to be called, not even a minute after I sat down the receptionist yells across the waiting room “hey excuse me you and your baby need to leave if he has a fever” it wasnt a “since he has a fever you need to wait in your vehicle” I asked them “well what I’m supposed to do if I can’t get him seen here?” Then she’s like “well you can’t take him to any walk in no one’s going to want to see him if he has a fever you’re only option is to take him to er” you guys realize your denying a BABY?! I walked out so mad and frustrated I cried because it’s my BABY who needed to see a doctor they couldn’t even do just that for me. I’ll never come here again, definitely would not recommend this clinic!!

I am a new patient of this clinic, and so far my experience has been very disappointing. I can never get through the front desk when I call without an unreasonably long wait. Once I phoned at 8:00am and was on hold for 45 minutes, even though I was caller number 1. I have never been seen at my scheduled appointment time; each time I had to wait anywhere from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours past my scheduled time. The 5-munite rushed visit is, sadly, not worth the wait. My most recent experience at the clinic has made me consider switching clinics entirely. I recently suffered a deep cut on my foot. I have a nursing background, so I knew I needed sutures/medical glue, but it wasn’t critical enough to burden our urgent care in the middle of the night. I dressed my wound with what I had, and went to see my family doctor first thing the next morning. I waited 2 hours before being seen by their on-call doctor. I’m still upset that the clinic staff did not ask my family doctor if she could see me, they just told me that she is busy. I was seen by Dr. Billow (?), which impatiently tried yanking on my dressing. I asked him to please let me remove the dressing myself; which he agreed to, but kept trying to pull the tapes off after I told him to stop. He then pulled my wound apart with ungloved hands, to assess it, util it started bleeding again. I was told medical glue will suffice, but it would cost me $40. He could offer me stitches, however, at no cost. I was already not thrilled with this doctor’s bedside manner and cleanliness and did not want to cause myself further pain and tissue trauma by getting stitches. So, I chose to go home and care for it myself. Bought a package of Steri-Strips later for $10 which got the job done. I left the clinic that day with 2 sloppy band-aids, a bloody shoe, no patient education, or follow-up instructions. And they wonder why people chose to go to the emergency department for minor care.

I just waited on hold to make an appointment for my infant son for 2 hours and when I finally got through it made me leave a message. I've never seen such poor service in my life. At the beginning of my call, I was caller 10 and 2 hours later when I got through I still had to leave a message. If you can't afford staff to man your phones, close the doors. This place is a joke.

I live out of town and was not notified that the staff had not only cancelled my son's appointment but they wanted me to come back in later on towards evening! I told them that I could not do that as we live very far out of town. The nurses are so incompetent its not even funny! I have waited on hold with that medi clinic for over two hours. I have repeatedly told the doctors there that they need hire people that know how to do their job and do it properly. My family doctor was just as disgusted and they work there too. I am looking for a new physician because to get into these two doctors is ridiculous. DO NOT waste your time on this clinic. It is absolutely pathetic. At this point I am on the phone waiting to talk to reception and It has been a total of an hour and five mins now. Pathetic absolutely pathetic.

Dr.David’s is extremely unprofessional and does not have any compassion for his patients. I normally never write reviews but I’m extremely disappointed that a doctor would tell me my condition and my pain is not considered urgent after I’m crying in the exam room to him. He also told me that he could do the procedure that day but “felt a bit lazy”. He then guilted me by saying “well I guess I have to end my shift and do this for you then, I have no other choice”. I have tried to get an appointment with him as his patient for 2 weeks and it’s currently a 1 month wait to see him. He keeps taking on more and more patients even though he cannot see the ones he currently has. Also he is not getting vaccinated for COVID-19 yet he is a medical doctor. If that isn’t a huge red flag I don’t know what is. A lot of the girls up front are very rude and don’t have any compassion as well. No one should ever be treated this way when they are in need of medical care. Please do not go here and see Dr. David’s if you want proper, professional medical care.

We absolutely love our family doctor who has moved over to this clinic, and would follow him to the moon. I would have to say, this is by far the worst clinic we have ever dealt with. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I’m not sure how this clinic keeps patients? You can never talk to anyone, always on hold, not overly friendly staff. I’m extremely disappointment. If we didn’t love our family doctor, we would leave without a second thought. Do better!! Horrendous.
