H	Huang Ying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the absence of medical staff, new patients can be accepted here. It's really very, very caring. But precisely because of this, walkin will wait a long time without an appointment. The doctors here are very amiable and very gentle to you. Especially Dr. Davids.

Although there were 15ish people in the clinic, and the line up kept getting longer, I was able to talk to reception quickly. I was told to wait in the car as I had a covid-test done previously, and they called nearly as soon as I got in the vehicle. I expected to be waiting on the waiting room for awhile, but was right away put into a room and Dr. Stepelwski saw me within 5 minutes. He was right down to business, he listened to my chest and did a once over and prescribed medication for bronchitis. He also printed out a note of my covid test for me. I left, and had to come back because I forgot to get a doctors note. He was flagged down by a staff member, he remembered me and was printing off a note within a minute. I am very thankful for this experience as there is a lot of bad press for this clinic.

The receptionist then told me I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE FEMALE DOCTOR ISN'T TAKING PATIENTS ANYMORE, The complete incompetence of these receptionist is disgusting I hope you get shut down. Absolutely pathetic
H	Hardik Solanki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my wife booked an appointment in December 2021 with doctor Raj then he rescheduled my appointment for January 03 then he again rescheduled to jan 23 when we went there the lady on reception told us that he is not taking any new patients. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Everyone who works here are idiots. Please do not go there save your time and save your health.

If our family doctor didn't transfer here I would never ever set foot in this place. Probably THE worst clinic in the city. "Higher than normal call volume" Every. Single. Time. Guess what that means? THAT MEANS THATS YOUR NEW CALL VOLUME! Please do not use this Clinic.
