I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now. The reception has always been very welcoming, and Doctor Mettle always takes his time to fully hear me out and come to a course of action with me. Wait times can be long but at least you can see a doctor if you need. I've actually waited for 2.5 hours once because I was the last person to sign up as a walk in patient, meaning I got in last, that's just how the system works. I was thankful that the doctor stayed until 7:30 to get me in as a patient. It does show true devotion to their patients and work. The building itself is decorated very simply, there are some posters on the wall, but I would recommend bringing something along as an activity since there can be a wait. I've sat in the waitroom reading, drawing, crocheting, anything simple that doesnt take much space up. TL;DR: the reception is very nice, doctors (at least Mettle) seem to take time and give help where needed. There can be a wait, especially as a walk in, but bring an activity and it wont feel as long.

Waited and waited for referrals for me and my son and never did get them. He didn't even bother to phone and give bloodwork results when he was supposed to. I decided to go back to a doctor in PA who was my dr for years. Worth travelling to see her instead of all the wait time at his office and how slow he is when you finally get in the patient room.. He is a rude doctor and said i should have my female procedure done there..NO THANKS! He made fun of our creation story, so he obviously needs cultural sensitivity training. He gets rude and angry when you try to explain things to him. He seems to fall asleep during the visit. I will not see this doctor again. Would not recommended this guy to anyone. He does do some things right, but I will move on to a more decent human being for a doctor.

It should be clear that the walk in only applies to people who are already patients of that clinic (online or answering machine messages) rather than a printed piece of paper taped to the window. As well, if people have to call prior to arrival, calls need to be returned.

Not a walk in clinic, woman at the front doesn’t answer her phone and is unreasonable. If you walk in to get a check up you will be turned a way but it doesn’t state that anywhere until you arrive, what a dump.

Dr. Nirmaladevl Ollegasagrem is the worst family doctor. When my family first walked in, she gave a very rude impression, it seemed like she does not care about the patients and just became a doctor for the sake of it. Highly unprofessional and refuses to treat her patients, asks for cash money and does not accept visas or debit. Always had a very weird and strange experience with her. I highly recommend not coming here.

Been a long time patient here. Smaller busy clinic, clean nice waiting area. My family doc Dr. Nirmala is the best. She's attentive, caring and usually on time. Receptionist is hard working and kind!

I see ollegasgram or whatever, she isn't a good doctor. Super cold, and quick she doesn't really care for her patients. How can I change my family doctor? :( also, the clinic is kind of inconvenient, when you go in sometimes doctors won't even be there and it'll be like 2 in the afternoon, so they tell me i can't see anyone and need to come back later. If you can avoid this clinic then avoid it

I have been a patient at the clinic for 5 years now. I have to respectfully disagree with some of the comments noted below. It is a busy place, and sometimes one needs to be flexible. Doctors need that from us to give each patient personal care. But I have been to other offices/urgent care, and the quality of care here is awesome for me at Greystone! Also, the staff is very good and that is very very important to me.
