I went in to see Genie after letting my hair get way too long over the last year, and she cut it down perfectly to something short and professional. I was asked questions that no other stylist I've gone to has ever asked me about how I wanted my hair cut, and it felt really nice to get my hair cut by someone who took the time to check with my on exactly what I wanted. Love my hair cut, love my hair stylist, will definitely be coming back!
A	April Hopkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an amazing experience having my hair taken from a mousy brown with gray to a fierce rainbow unicorn. Genie is a color genius!! I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and let her imagination run wild and boy did she deliver. Each color is bright and vibrant. She impressed once again with the two hair tattoos. This girl has talent! Each and every person I spoke to was nothing but professional. The salon has taken steps to ensure everyone feels safe in these trying times.

She recommended I put in purple shampoo to clear any brassiness ... so I did and my blonde hair is even more pretty. She has lots of tips and advice that HELP. She really knows what she is doing with color and on the plus side she is super nice and easy to talk too :) I bought clip in extentions and she put them in for me and blended and lightened them to my hair making them look great. She showed me step by step how to do it so I know for next time and even offered me her number to text her if I needed help. I am very happy with my experience there.
T	Tessa Starrak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approach with caution. I went in on Saturday for a rose-gold ombre. After I washed my hair for the first time nobody could tell it had been dyed and there was no pink in it. The picture is my hair 4 days later. Called the manager to ask about getting a refund and was told that Color Bar does not do refunds, but that I could come back and get more colour added - even though the issue was that my hair had not been bleached enough for the colour to show through in the first place. The manager also let me know that they only guarantee their colours for a week. She also told me there were no concerns with re-dyeing my hair less than a week after the inital color, even though a consultation at another salon told me that I risked damage in doing so. Not much to show for the $168.00 I paid.

When I had first met Natasha Kopas my hair was damaged and wouldn’t grow passed my shoulders. Fast forward 4 years later - my hair is grown to my bum and it’s never been healthier. ? She is highly educated and would never push my hair too far. I am so happy I found her. Best hairstylist EVER!

She completely transformed my hair color catastrophe from a very “high end” salon in the city that charged me $450 every time. ? If you haven’t seen her yet, you NEED to. (Thank me later) She won best stylist in Saskatoon 3 yrs in a row so she obviously knows what she is doing. I will be her client for life!
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had put in the comments I wanted a French braid when I booked when I called the day before they asked to move my appointment time which I agreed to. They ended up curling my hair instead of braiding like in the request and I got home hating my hair. I hate wearing my hair down! It was also really expensive considering I came with my hair washed for them. Very disappointing especially when asked when called if I could come a bit later which I thought was so that someone else was able to braid my hair ? Almost $50 just to curl hair is it excessive when I hate it and it isn't what I truly wanted
