Liquid Vanity Esthetics - Saskatoon

I was going to leave a normal review however I see this nasty 1 star review below don’t usually say anything about people’s personal experiences however this “Heather lady” has caught my attention and since I can’t reply to her review I’ll leave it in my own.Jazna is a master at what she does! I have been coming to her for well over a year and I have always from day one had a great experience and amazing quality nails never bumpy or lumpy ? jazna is very personable and a kind and sweet individual so I highly doubt that she wouldn’t have addressed this woman. Her son Gavin is the sweetest little man and although he can be a handful sometimes she’s a wonderful mother and does the best she can with Covid restrictions I would never negate anybody’s personal experiences with a business however I just knowing Jazna and the experiences that I have had and many others have wrote about on the reviews I just don’t believe this is the case and unfortunately it looks like a case of disgruntled customer. Wow Heather you had to wait 10 whole minutes for an appointment while she clean the space and made sure it was safe and germ-free for you? do you complain to your doctor when they make you wait 30 minutes no.??‍♀️

I am truly surprised to see this one persons experience. I was going to simply book a fill, but I feel as though I need to write a review to enforce how the one star reviewer must have had a one-off experience. I have been going to Jazna to get my nails done for a few years now. Each time I have left very satisfied and she is very accommodating to my requests. I like the sides of my nails to be a specific way, and she now does it without me even needing to remind her. Her art work is fantastic and her nails last a full set. I have horses and do a lot of handy work and her nails are built solid, to the point I can have them a bit longer and they won't break. Yes, her little boy is sometimes around. But, as with adults, he sometimes has bad days - he is human after all. Jazna has always ensured his behaviour is being dealt with appropriately. Sometimes he offers me a hug when he see's me, which is not only very sweet but is also very welcomed. After all, with everything going on, how could a hug from a child not be welcomed, right? As well, I have never felt that her 'office' is dirty as I have seen the cleaning process. As someone who is immunocompromised I appreciate her efforts to ensure a clean environment for everyone. Dust, unfortunately, is inevitable. Unfortunately sometimes people run late, no one is perfect and sometimes appointments overlap. Is it frustrating? Sure. Is it inevitable? Also yes. I hope that the other reviewer has not discouraged you from wanting to receive services here. I have said, from the very first set I had done at Liquid Vanity, that the worst part about moving away will be needing to find a new nail tech to match her nails and personality.

I cannot say enough good things about Jazna! She is THE best nail tech in the city. Anyone who says her prices are too expensive... just remember you get what you pay for. I would gladly spend the money for the time and quality nails that I get every time I go to see Jazna. I’ve never had full rhinestone nails that have stayed intact for 2 plus weeks.... before coming to Jazna. Plus she’s always whiling to work with my changing schedule and nail ideas. She always messages back promptly and will work back to back to make sure to fulfill client needs. Don’t bother going anywhere else... they’re not worth the money!

Had contacted Jazna for vacation nails and booked an appointment, she was available all day / evening so I asked her what worked best for her. She told me she’s good anytime so I booked for 9am. Got the confirmation texts 2 days before, day before, and even 1am the day of. When I showed up the house was dark and didn’t appear like anyone was awake yet. I texted her to let her know I had arrived and then waited 10 minutes for a response. At this point I called her. No answer. I then get an Instagram message, trying to excuse the missed appointment. The excuse I got was that her husbands coworker had tested positive for Covid so they had to isolate until Thursday. (Not in accordance to any current guidelines would this be the procedure). First message said she found out yesterday. When I challenged that she made the excuse again but then said “I only found out this morning,”. In any case, she didn’t let me know and I had clearly woken her up with my phone call from her driveway. She even tried to say she was on the phone with the healthline and could possibly get me in later just wanted to check guidelines… making it more obvious that she had forgotten my appointment this morning…. I refuse to believe someone with an immune compromised son is not up to date with guidelines… I’m disappointed that my time was disrespected and she tried to lie to excuse that fact. Very unprofessional. I wanted something special for my trip and this experience made for last minute chaos. Totally avoidable and inexcusable.

I have been following Jazna's instagram for awhile before booking her gel nail service for myself. I've had 2 sets. The process for booking is easy, and she is responsive to messages. We had talked about the kind of nails as my request was above a typical gel nail design. I provided the theme of black and white. Photoshoot would be done and thus looking for "glam". We set out a budget & I let her have freedom to create! Her coffin shape is impeccable. ? Second set was again based around a theme. Rainbows. She utilized a fade, hand painted rainbows, clouds and stars, butterfly sticker and crystals. Her service is wonderful and you will not be disappointed.

Top notch nail service in Saskatoon. Jazna knows her stuff and is professional in her business. She can recreate looks you’ve found on Instagram, or comes up with her own designs she is very creative. Uses a low grade temp gel so it never hurts when you go in. Her salon is in her house, and the room is always neat today and smells nice. Would highly recommend:) decent prices and is quick for the quality of nails you get.

Jazna is extremely talented! Any sort of idea I’ve had she’s executed without any difficulty, plus has added her own twist, which if I may add turns out way better than any inspo photo(s)! She has so many different options for colours, gems, foils, chrome powders, & even chains for your nails, plus so much more! She has an eye & steady hand for detail, & her form, structure & shaping always turns out immaculate. I am rough with my hands with my job & I have never gotten any lifting from her either. She is truly the best nail tech I’ve ever been too & in my opinion one of the best if not the best in the city of Saskatoon. If you aren’t in the city but are in SK, I would highly suggest making the drive for her as she is definitely worth it. She’s 100% worth what you pay, & she’s extremely reasonable in cost. Not only are her nails the best, she is a kind, warm, down-to-earth person, & my appointments with her are always something I look forward to. If you’re looking for a nail tech & to support local, I highly recommend you go see Jazna. I promise you’ll never have to search for a new tech again!

Absolutely love every set jazna has done on me, she has been the only one where I've shown her photos of insane nails on pinterest and she ALWAYS pulls through, my very first set I was shocked as she has been the only one to pull off the set of translucent nails I've always wanted and failed with other nail techs. I would recommend her to ANYONE as I've never had any issues with my nails or the service ,I've probably annoyed her with the amount I message her about certain sets but she has always remained professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
