★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do go here every time for my nails and usually it's pretty good. Recently I've gotten a new girl, twice actually and she has ruined my nails. I always get same shape and length but she just files them straight off. I get almond shape, so you can imagine my frustrations when she just continues after she's files them straight. She's learning, but maybe she shouldn't be doing real customers If she doesn't understand what she is supposed to do. I now have no shape and awful nails while I paid same price as if I had an experienced nail girl. They also don't speak to you in English so it feels like they are talking about you in front of you, yet not in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance for 9:30 as soon as they open. They're very friendly and all, but just so rushed!!!! My pedicure took 15 minutes... while i was getting my pedicure there was a girl sitting across from me without an appointment with her feet just soaking. as soon as the girl put my nail polish on she rushed over to start on the other girl. They say their pedicures are 30 minutes, and mine was half that!
If you show up without an appointment they'll always squeeze you in. Which is nice if you don't care about the quality of your manicure/pedicure. They rush everyone to try and fit as many people in as possible. Overall I didn't really enjoy my experience as I prefer a more thorough pedicure. needless to say i will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nail tech Anne was fast and clean. She was also very polite. I got my nails done nicely and I’m very satisfied with what I got done. Definitely going to see her regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told Eryn that I was Type I diabetic and she still injured my toe. She didn't apologize when I told her twice that she was hurting me. I am battling a toe infection now. My Christmas has basically been spent in pain. I told the the staff member Chris what happened but he didn't do anything.
I had so many fun plans for Christmas.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got gel nails done here and 2 days later 5 had already fell off! I called back for a repair and luckily they booked me in with who they claimed to be the best lady they had, Anne, and she fixed up all my nails even the ones that weren’t broken all for free. Disappointed they fell off in the first place but were very kind and made up for it completely. 3 stars.
