Not overly impressed by having to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and the nurse wasn’t very helpful either. Ended up walking out. Won’t be coming back.

The doctor is rude and doesn’t even take the time to listen to what you have to say, won’t even look up my files to help me out. When you call the clinic they take forever to return your call if they even do that. It’s so hard to find a family doctor and one that cares accepting new patients and this place is not a good choice.

Bruhh my friend had an appointment here at 4 and then we were gonna hangout because she just needed them to sign a paper and give her a prescription but the lady then took an hour as she was "running behind" an hour is way more then that and it's ridiculous how long this took. My friend then pointed out to the front desk she worked at 5 because it was already 5 at this point and she had to call in her work and say she's going to be late so after the front desk got told, one of them went to tell her gp but then she seemed to take her sweet time even more. This was ridiculous Edit: It's now been an hour and 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment at 4 because she was "running behind"

Have had several booked appointments and they are always running at least an hour behind. Need a better timing system for bookings considering I could have gone to a walk-in clinic and waited less. What is the point of making an appointment just to arrive few minutes before hand and then sit in a waiting room for such a long period of time ? Also doors do not have wheelchair accessibility which i struggled to get inside on my own. Super frustrating !

The best clinic ever, from the front desk staff to the doctors. The doctor are always ready to listen to your concerns and always follow up. They are very professional, very friendly, and always on point. I will recommend this clinic 100% to anyone who needs a care of great professionals.

I've been calling for about a week now, trying to see if I can get a new doctor. I have left messages, and no one ever answers my calls. Update: Hi Triple Tree, thank you for responding. I understand busy times, and respect that. I just felt it odd that I have been trying to call for over a week, several times a day, without an answer. That being said, I managed to get through, and look forward to meeting my new Dr.

I recently had a very bad, borderline abusive, experience with this clinic’s new male doctor. My son has ADHD and needs consistent monitoring for his medication. I contacted this clinic because they have a paediatrician on staff, and they told me that if I transfer to their clinic’s family practice, I will be quickly referred to the paediatrician through an internal referral. I agreed and transferred my file. A short while later, my son needed help with his medication. I called the clinic 3 times in a week but no one picked up or called me back. My son’s problems were worsening, so I went to the clinic in person. The receptionist told me the doctor was fully booked, so I could wait for him to call me or I could wait in the waiting room until he has time to see me. I decided to wait. After 40 minutes, the doctor waved me into his room. When I entered, he said nothing, and just stared at me in silence. I went on to explain why I was there and the help I needed with my son’s medication. The doctor was extremely rude and condescending to me. He was upset that I showed up at the clinic, despite his receptionist saying I could stay and wait. He said things like, β€œAre you done talking?”, β€œI will not be harassed by you”, and β€œYou are harassing me because I took time out of my day to listen to you.” I was in complete shock. It was very degrading and to be spoken to this way by a doctor. After this horrifying experience, I’m left without a family doctor as I’m scared to go back here. I will be writing a formal complaint about this experience to the College of Physicians.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time here. Horrible experience. They lost my newborn's Requisition Form for FIVE MONTHS. Then, when I finally got an appointment, they called me 1 day before to tell me they needed to reschedule me for the following day. Apparently lack of organization and time-management is the Patients' fault here. Finally, when I got to the office I waited OVER AN HOUR past my appointment time and was told to "just keep waiting" by the receptionist, before giving up entirely and just going home. They rarely answer phones and can't get me back in for over a month. Find a more professional place.
