As a property manager your knowledge about rental rules are tested in every way, and when you cannot remember them all. This is where I come. I have been a landlord for few years and consider myself fairly familiar with the residential tenancies act and regulations, I still found this course very informative and am glad I took it. I am thankful this association exists to give landlords the tools and information they need to make certain they are complying with current regulations.
