Salon is very nice and clean, the staff is professional and friendly. I did gel nails full set and I'm very happy with the final result! Will definitely go back :)

I went in last week to this nail salon and the ambiance of this place was gorgeous. The ladies were very nice as well but my problem is that my polish already started chipping after 2 days and more importantly I have cuts on several places, the cut on my heel being the worst and then two different nicks on my toes which I have been putting polysporin on every night because of how uncomfortable and horrible it looked and it’s still not looking great. I am a type 1 diabetic and so I have to be really careful with my feet and it was extremely disappointing to how did this happen because I have never had any issues like this at any time I have gone to any other nail salon. Just putting this out there, not sure if the girl was new or learning or what the deal was but ouch!

Fast service if you book an appointment, and you’re greeted the second you walk in the door. Beverages are offered through your entire service and nail fills only take around 45 minutes. Precise and they give you exactly what you ask for, frequently ask if you like the shape to ensure you’re happy with it. Go see these people if you want an owner who cares about his business and staff, he actually sits and talks with you too. Great first experience, i’ll see you guys for my next fill.

I’ve been going to Ruby’s once a month for quite some time now for pedicures and the occasional manicure, I generally see Susan but have had services done by several other employees. I cannot say enough about this place, they are always very warm and welcoming when I come in, they do a great job, very affordable and the massage chairs also are some thing I look forward to every time! 10/10

I needed fill for my gel nails so I tried Ruby nails for the first time last December since it’s closer to my house. I called in first to make sure I can come in for a walk in. The place is nice and clean, and I was greeted nicely. I think they were booked at that time, a gentleman did my nails (I assume he’s the owner) He was nice and polite, however I can tell he’s not really good at doing nails. I wanted a simple french tip but decided not to go with it because I wasn’t satisfied when he first tried it on my nail. I left the place not satisfied because some of my nails ended up looking wonky. I went back a week ago to get my gel removed. I figured I can give them another try and maybe this time it will be better. My last trip will be the last time I would go there. I was traumatized when I got my gel removed. The lady named Maria basically over filed may nails. It’s almost my nails are gone from my nail bed!!! I was in pain! My nails was almost as thin as paper after filing the gel, then she was filing the end of my nails very harshly to the point where my nails were bending and almost ripped!! I thought it was just a few finger nails that ended up like that, when I got home two nails ripped up to the nail bed causing my nails to bleed. I immediately cut all my fingernails short to prevent the rest from ripping and making my fingers bleed. It doesn’t work though because all my nails are basically filed to my nail bed. I paid over 50 to get my nail bed damaged. I am so scared of coming back to this nail salon, this has never happened to me after years of getting my nails done.

I found this wonderful place by accident about 3 months ago and I love it!! Wonderful nail technicians. All three of my sets have lasted with no lifting. Very clean, positive place. I look forward to trying out the pedicures!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! amazing service! Very nice, caring staff. You can really tell they care about their customers. They are willing to correct any mistakes made and are happy while doing it. I would 100% recommend them and would give them 6 stars if I could. They really go above and beyond.

As I am sitting here while my nails dry I have to say, this place is great! Clean, welcoming and very professional! The gentleman had a huge smile on his face(yes it could be seen under the mask) and Maria gave an excellent massage! Will be going back, will be recommending! You must try the boots
