★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish I had more positive things to say, because I hate leaving negative reviews. I looked at the reviews for several salons and chose this one despite having to walk further and pay more because I expected a great experience, but I was disappointed.
I believe the lady who did my nails was new because she asked other staff members for help/advice several time which would be totally fine, except I paid full price for a less-than-perfect job. Multiple nails have obvious dents or are crooked/uneven. I kept waiting for these errors to get fixed because this is only my second time getting gel nails but nope, I was left lumpy. It took almost 2.5 hours for manicure which again, would be fine, if I ended up with something worth waiting 2.5 hours for. I don't expect these nails to last long because I could tell multiple times that things weren't going smoothly and my nail tech just hoped I wouldn't notice and kept going, so there are uneven edges which will catch on things and pull the nail off.
Overall... I'm so sorry, I wish I could leave a better review, and I mean no offense to the person who did my nails. It just wasn't worth the amount of time or the price and I'll probably try somewhere else next time :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best spa pedicure I have had in the city. Always my go to spot and recommendation to friends and family. Sugar scrub, calf and foot massage, so thorough and relaxing. Paraffin wax at the end is such a treat. Great act of self care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best manicure/pedicure spot in the city! I get my nails done here often and ask for Quinn but all of the staff is great there. Everyone is very friendly. They take their time and pay attention to detail. They make sure every thing is perfect and you are happy with the results! Love it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are extremely talented and friendly! Went here with my little sibling to get our nails done for the first time and it was a great experience. We brought in our own design inspiration from Pinterest and they went above and beyond to deliver!
Edit: I’ve been here three or four times now, each time bringing in intricate designs from Pinterest and they’re always able to go a step beyond my expectations.

It was nice to see such a happy group of staff and clients. I will definitely be back! The whole vibe here is amazing. Highly recommend!
