“I've lived in my townhouse for almost a month now and I think every day I find something new that I love about it. Not only is it extremely well designed (I get a lot of compliments on the backsplash in the kitchen and the quartz countertops!) but the energy efficient aspects to the house are a definite perk! The Innovative Residential team was amazing to work with every step of the way. Very supportive and kept my best interests in mind the whole time.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in couple of days ago and I just LOVE everything about the place. Very honest company and the people are so great and friendly. The only thing that I really don’t like is the windows in the bedrooms, they are way up high and I find it a bit difficult for me to open and close them. I really don’t understand why they were built that way. Other than that, it’s just perfect .
