★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this gas station for the first time last week, and I will never go back. I was having trouble with my pump, and when I went in to discuss the issue with attendant - he got mad at me and told me I was wrong...several times. I asked him if he could help me, and he once again got mad and told me that I was lying. He didn't offer any solutions, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here for years. Presented them with a coupon I received for one of their products and they would not except it. Cannot believe how this place has gone down from reading its reviews. They made me feel like I was crazy handing them a coupon. Unfortunately the people behind the tills are the crazies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice new gas station. They have gas and diesel. They sell firewood, have the propane tank exchange. They also have free air for filling up tires. Atm and all the usual gas station things like engine oil and a small selection of windshields wiper blades. I also really like shell slurpees in the summer!

Staff is always helpful. Visiting it regularly since 2016.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I bought a charger that says it is compatible with apple phones, I try to use it on my phone and it does not fit. I try to return the charger sbd the employee refuses to take it back. He argued with me that it fits apple, I show him it does not fit, he then says it’s not fit apple, I show him the box wete it states it’s apple compatible abs he then argues it’s not fit apple.will never support this shell again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this gas station on the 12/23/2021 1:23pm. I was having trouble with my pump/my Visa card, and when I went in to ask if one of the staff could turn on the fuel pump and I have no problem leaving a card or ID until the bill is paid. There were 2 workers inside the glass and one of them is with no uniforms sitting on the counter. I asked him if he could help me, staff with no uniforms said NO and start giggling with the other worker. I went to other gas station, (Prtro Canada) on Preston Ave, they turned on the pump for me. I do not see why Shell can't do that.
One of main reason I wrote this is due to the attitude customer been tread there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is amazing. Have seen the owner work there too, which was good to see for a change. I am happy the overnight lady retired. She always seemed grumpy.
Their bathroom is really amazing. However, they used to use a green soap before which was way better than the pink soap they use now.
