The worst quarter puonder with cheese I've ever had, full stop. Dry, stale, crunchy bun and what little condiments it had were right in the middle. It was awful. Couple that with the saltless fries to make the least enjoyable McDonalds visit ever.

Spent 30 minutes in the Drive Thru May 9 @ 9:30PM. Originally ordered for Front Counter pick up but store was closed early. So had no choice but to do Drive thru. Girl refused to get my food at the first window and made me wait to get my food at the last window which took 30 mins. This location is extremely sub par for McDonalds franchise. When you get counter pick up here you will find that this location clicks off orders before served to keep times good…. More concerned with faking to franchise than actually getting better. The worst McDonald’s ever and every other employee has an attitude. Plenty of other places in the area to eat.

I always get wraps past 11pm but every time I go and it’s the same specific woman working she refused to do it. But everyone else who works there will make me a wrap past 11pm I only ever find this problem at this location. If it’s a rule make sure everyone does it and if it’s not a rule then she needs to be talked to cause every other location I’ve been to past 11 will also make me a wrap.

Went through the drive through today around 4. Ordered a quarter pounder meal with cheese and ketchup only. The girl collecting the money realized that the order was wrong and tried to correct it. Got meal and it was no ketchup everything else. Went in to correct it and the lady that took my mistake was not friendly. Told me that's what the order says. Threw my burger on the shelf and proceeded to tell at the drive through girl. I've tried calling since then. And it's busy. No need for rudeness like that with a mistake.

They would clear your order from big tv screen after printing a copy of order so it looks like they are doing job in system but then serves you after 25 minutes. Also didn't serve my full order and when I pointed out, manager said they are out of stock. No refund was provided until I noticed. Also, short staff because manager was the only person in kitchen..

Horrible drive thru service! The order taker was confused. Didn't understand that we had a coupon and then asked what we wanted in our coffee when we'd ordered a coke and a root beer. The pay window person was also confused and almost had to consult with a manager to sort out the mess. The pickup window person told us to pull ahead to a reserved spot to wait for our food, except all three of them were already full. We instead pulled into the parking lot nearby. One of the reserved spot people walked out with their own food, meaning they had to go get it themselves. The other two reserved spots had their food brought to them. When our food came out the person bringing it didn't see a car in a reserved spot so they just turned around and went back in. I had to go get our food. When I went in and explained what had happened I was asked, "Do you want to speak to a manager". I said, "No, I want my food". Once I had my order I asked if there was somewhere listed on the back of the receipt that I could complain about this. I was met with confused looks from the counter person and the manager until I grabbed the receipt from the bag and showed them that on the back was a website to rate the experience.

Took 35 minutes sitting in the (double) drive through to have my order taken and ANOTHER 20 minutes on top of that to get to the pay window. Talk about fast food, it would have been faster to go across the street. Staff was nice but I the talked at such a low volume you can't hear them and they seemed offended when I asked how much the total cost was. Overall, skip this place - anywhere else is faster.

Took a little over 20 minutes to receive our order (curbside pickup). Fries were cold. Ordered a coke zero, what we received was definitely not that. The big mac had nothing between the top bun and the centre bun (see photo).
