Food was great and very delicious,, just that the serving is a little small for the price, it would be more awesome if it is a little more bigger... But all and all good experience.

Customer service sucks. Can only order through skip and if you do go to pick it up they cant give you change.

Amazing food, they use very good quality fresh ingredients. Portions are good and it’s great to have so many options to choose from!

Everything we have ordered has been amazing. From sushi, to bao, to curry, to the mac and cheese. Thank you for great food so close to where we live!

This is one of the places I order from just because the food is so good. The chicken sandwich made from a thigh is AMAZING. The Bao are delicious, and the Dynamite roll is so good. The prices might be alightly higher than some other places, but the food is 10x better.

(Adding from the other review here too) Has different names from the same building. Second time coming to this restaurant. It has many different types of food that can be ordered together. From Poke bowls to ramen and much much more. The food is always fresh and tasty with amazing ingredients. I have never been to a place with this much care and attention to detail. Easily the best place I have eaten in Saskatoon. Price overall is not bad, you pay for what you get and more. My personal favourite are the bao’s. Give this place a try if you haven’t!

We put in an advanced order on their (not Skip) website at 2 p.m. for delivery at a later time. Ko-Lab gives you a 45 minute delivery window, we chose 5:40-6:25. So, probably enough time to make two people's food. It's now 30 minutes after 6:25, still no food. (According to staff it's been "en route" since about 6...we live maybe 10 mins from the restaurant). We've had food from Ko-Lab before and it was good quality, but this is the sort of thing that sours you on a place. EDIT: The manager called to apologise for the issue and did so very professionally and politely, which we genuinely appreciate (not all places care enough to do so).

Highly disappointed with this establishment. Very poor order management. Seems like they are getting too much business and busy to even care about customer experience. Ordered our food via their website(not SkipTheDishes). Took them nearly 2 hours to deliver our order. The food was stale and soggy when arrived. There was no follow-up or heads-up or apologies from them. Ko Kitchen simply ruined our supper. Had to throw most of what we ordered into the garbage. On the positive side, the staffs were nice to deal with. although they weren't accountable or showed empathy about the situation, they at least listened to what we had to say. Do not use Ko Kitchen’s web-order services. This is the last time we are ordering from Ko Kitchen.
