★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the sevice, kindness, presentation and quality of my order. I placed an online order at 1150am and food was delivered HOT to my door at 1210pm. The delivery man was very polite and happy. The food included the side Parmesan and chili flakes I requested- which other places never do, and I was able to use a coupon with my 2for1 pizza order. Way to go Family Pizza #nailed it!! Called in personally to thank staff and they were very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What has happened to your pizzas? Ordered a half Hawaiian, half cheese for one of the pizzas. The pizza was so thin, with one skinny slice of ham. You used to put on quite a large amount of chopped ham and lots of cheese. Certainly not this time and only a scattering of pineapple. The other half being just cheese had very little cheese on it and was so skimpy that it left so much crust exposed with nothing on it at all. You’d think that having only one topping, just cheese, you would at least make it worth while. After all, you aren’t having to put any other toppings on and we’re still paying the price of our more expensive, loaded pizza. Likely the last time we’ll be ordering from Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022 update: still good pizza, ive noticed prices going up but they added a daily walk-in special at least. Still like the pizza but I think I've found a place that is making better pies with more toppings for comparable prices. Starting to be a tough sell to me.
I'd probably call this one of my favourite pizzas in town. The sauce is very zesty, the pie is thin and toppings are evenly spread. Love it. It's a little pricey though, especially since many new competitors are offering much better pricing on pick-up single pizzas. I hope this business follows suit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the amount of flexibility of specials for people with allergies. I tried to order a 2 topping pizza without tomato sauce, as I am quite allergic to tomatoes, and was told I couldn’t do that and would have to pay full price. This is the second time this has happened to me. Will not be ordering again.
