I went to buy 150 worth of lottery tickets and because he had to enter my air miles card manually he refused to sell the tickets unless I paid for it on 1 transaction. Hire someone who wants to work and not sit there visiting and texting

I spent over $150 on diesel so it's not like I'm using the service station for free. Their reasoning ; "Some customers spend too much time in the washroom" I think this is the first time in Canada I've ever come across this.
C	Carlotta Hooghiem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit July 2018....no public washroom at all. This means I will not be using this station anymore. Good station. Quick and easy to get in and out of. I like the Tim Horton's attached. The bathrooms need renovations and to be kept clean.

A	Adetoyese Oyedun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just okay store for gasoline and Tim Hortons. Major issue is that it does not have a public washroom.... strange for a gas station in this age. Most times you stopped for a gas you may need to quickly dash in to a washroom so I don't understand the justification for no washroom especially for someone that patronized the shop.

Considering to Hortons that is connected doesn’t have a bathroom for public either ! I always thought a restaurant had to offer those things ! Let alone if your A truck driver who brings everything to them stores ! I am disappointed
D	Dawn Piche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live close by and have been a regular for years, frequenting the Tims since it opened (the staff in the Tims are always great btw) and buy the odd lottery tickets. Just over a week ago when I was there I quickly used a squeegee to clean my windshield that had been inundated with berries left by birds from a mountain ash, prior to going to wash my vehicle later when I had more time. I then quickly squeegeed one off my passenger window and then cleaned off my back window. After I washed my vehicle and was driving in the sun, I thought at first it was possibly spider webs inside on my windshield only to realize it is now full of scratches all over it where is was trying to get the berries off. I went back to the Shell to look at the squeegee I had used and this is the picture I took. I took it inside and told the attendant who was the same person that was there when I was there earlier that they should maybe replace their squeegees when they get this bad. I also asked to speak to the manager when they were back in. They attendant was kind and took my information however I have never heard from anyone. Now I have a windshield that’s pretty damaged, one passenger window that has a significant scratch in it and my back window with some scratches in it thanks to this squeegee. Not very happy since the only way to fix this is basically replacement, I’m assuming at my cost and I haven’t heard back from anyone.
