★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been there, but I'm feeling ill the night before my appointment which is at 9:30am but they don't answer phones til 9am even though they open at 8:30am.... There's no way to leave a message if you call after hours and there's no site I can find where I can leave a message or email... So now I'm stressing out when I should actually be resting up because I don't want to phone at 9am and have them tell me I still have to go in cuz it's late notice or I'm gonna get billed something. Be more accessible to patients please. Especially in times like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my mom of at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. The Karen's that run the front of the office pushed another Karen in front of my mom and it took over 2 hours for an at worst 45 min appointment. Disorganized and proud of it I guess. Doc was good but good lord they need some new front end staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Qasemi was very informative and straight-forward with my cataract surgery preparation and scheduling. Nice dealing with her and her office staff. Never had to wait long, various tests went smoothly, my questions were answered clearly - all round very happy with City Centre Eye Surgeons.
