J	Jill Bo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a car which was inspected and had no dents and then i used their carwash and now its covered in tiny dents. the person working refused to give me the managers contacts and i have NO idea what to do. Now their carwash is closed.
J	Jon D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fleet account has not been working at this location only for over a month, staff are unapologetic and unwilling to correct. Car wash is closed more than it is open. I would suggest going anywhere else, the Esso on Acadia provides much better service.

He abruptly put the call down. It was 12:30PM 14 September 2021. Putting the date and time so necessary action can be taken on the person handling customer calls. I will never ever take the Esso service after this call. Thanks
E	Emma Belyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an Esso, pretty standard gas station. Car wash was out of order, which was a shame, but the absolutely stunning customer service from Travis at the till was second to none. Very welcoming and tidy store, with helpful staff.
A	Austin Lamb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash is almost never in service. Don’t bother taking the time to go to this gas station if you’re looking to get a car wash, as there’s a 99% chance it’ll be closed and you’ll have to drive somewhere else.
P	Pocockable on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have both experienced and witnessed staff claiming that their washroom was out of order when asking for the key. On one occasion when this happened, I happened to find the door ajar, and the toilet was working perfectly. Today, I witnessed an occasion, and the staff person said something about using "chemicals" and they were not allowed to give customers the washroom key. He was a foreigner with a thick accent, so I could hardly understand anything he was saying. Staff are far from flexible. There's no other public washrooms nearby, so there's no reason why staff can't let customers use the staff washroom if the public washroom really is unusable, which is unlikely. Avoid this place if possible!
