โ โ โ โ โ Staff are very nice but cheap as heck. The car wash is neat but misses a lot and is expensive. When you tell them and even show them the entire back half of the vehicle wasn't washed they don't care. No refunds. Stick to Golfs automatic or CoOp even tho they are slow. This one is a ripoff.

โ โ โ โ โ While getting my car washed there the car in front of me became stuck on a spare.tire that had been knocked off another car by the wash. The tracks carrying my car forward did not stop, and began forcing my car to hit the one in front of me over and over. This happened about 4 or 5 times. I was scared, honking my horn, trying to get them to stop.
When the wash was finally shut off, the manager walked in, laughing, and explained what happened.
There is damage to my car now that they claim they are not responsible for, as they do not bother watching the car wash cameras to make sure everything is running smoothly.
I am shaken up, scared, and the manager had the nerve to laugh at me.

โ โ โ โ โ For whatever reason, the employee who was working locked the store and sat in his car for over an hour. The poor delivery guy had to sit and wait outside. Having working in food service it's pretty huge BM to treat your delivery driver like this especially when you can literally just let him drop stuff off rather than wait on you.
Also there are roaches inside the store, the back "COVID compliant" counter is dirty and obviously attracting the bugs.

โ โ โ โ โ The car wash is not managed smoothly. There was a huge pile of ice just outside the exit of car wash. Itโs impossible to get the car out of it. We try to reach the employees and they said itโs your problem not ours. Rude response ever. They should warn people at least if they couldnโt make it properly.
