★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a momma burger with lettuce tomato cheese as well as regular stuff. Was hot And delicious. Here's a secret..order your burger, pay for it then go next door at the food court and get mexifries, get their hot salsa and put some on your burger. Best best best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a mamma burger meal with onion rings and coke, the burger and drink were fine, and fast service but my onion rings were going bad, they were turning black and under cooked and tasted sour. So I took them back and they gave me new ones but they were also going bad too. I used to work at a&w years ago and I know it’s a sign that the onion rings are rotting and need to be thrown out. I am so disappointed in this location for serving rotten onion rings. I might call the manager abc complain.

As this restaurant is in a mall I walked up to the order side and had to wait for the cashier to stop playing on her phone and then just look at me for a while before even walking over to the till. Then she proceeded to be very rude as taking my order making me wish I went somewhere else with my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When one thinks of a teen burger, one thinks of a thick, juicy burger with delicious fresh fries.
And that's not what you get here. The bun was so dry it was crumbling when I picked up the burger. If the bun was left on the counter for only an hour, I'm sure it could have been used for breadcrumbs. The meat was thin, dry, and cooked to death. And the tomato was so unripe it was white and hard.
The fries? They just won by default. If I had had them on their own, I would have taken them back. But their dryness and stale texture was completely overwhelmed by the very bad burger.
Don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order two teens burgers and two orders of 3 chicken straps and it came up to 31 dollars, it wasn't even the full meals two. Dont eat here its to expensive and not even good.

Food quality wasn't good enough
Lady working on front wasn't nice to customers very rude behavior
Buger bun, lettuce, fries, and chicken all items were not fresh ,not even drink was cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited A & W (Market Mall location) and I am extremely happy with the service provided to us. Around 2 pm, I was in A & W line up and just saw a girl wearing tie working really hard and smart. I think she was the only person who was working at that time. So, she was taking and making the orders at the same time. I got really impressed because she was so calm and she was giving exceptional customer service during the busy time as well. When I was giving the order, she guided me with the menu which helped me to decide the perfect lunch for me and my kid. Moreover, the food was really delicious and fresh which made my day. Before leaving the food court, I went up to her to appreciate her and I also asked her name so that I can make sure that she gets the appreciation from A & W for all the exceptional work she was doing. Her name is Jasleen and she is such a sweet heart. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family as well. ??
