★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada Post at shoppers has the absolute worst service. Training in progress with a customer taking forever while 3 individuals stand in line just to pick up packages. Why can't the second person just get the packages so we aren't waiting forever. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in my life. Today i went over there to grab some cosmetics. I was on important call when i was looking for lip colour and suddenly the lady behind me asked me that do you need any help. I said no. Again she asked me and i said no, i am okay. Afterwards she starts annoying me then i left the lip colour over there and start looking for other stuff. And suddenly other lady came and start asking me that do i have lip colour in rude way? I told her you can check, i do not have that.
I was so upset that before asking to customer directly and insulting in front of everyone, they should check cameras.
I am working in Freshco, in front of this store. But still i am not going over there again in my life and do not recommend anyone to go over there as they start harassing you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaints about the store other than the fact that one employee in particular, (an older woman with short grey hair that works in cosmetics) will follow you around and either accuse you of theft or treat you like a thief for no apparent reason. This has occurred on multiple occasions to both myself and my friends, making us uncomfortable to the point that we left without purchasing anything. Upon calling to complain, I was hung up on.. Won’t be back.
