Upon entering the store one of the staff made discriminating comments to me about how she assumed I treated a couple of people parked in the spot I wanted. I was so shocked when she made the comments, I got my supples and left feeling very unsettled. I thought I could forgive and forget but I can’t. Where else can I go to get my supplies? I still get teary-eyed when I think about it. :-(

I can’t believe there would ever be a bad review! Valerie is our assigned associate and she us absolutely awesome. She has helped us in many ways such as finding the right brief/diaper and supplies. She has suggested things we didn’t know about, or thought about needing for our daughter with Rett Syndrome….Extremely helpful and informative. Highly recommend using NorDon for all your medical needs.

The staff are always friendly and personable, in spite of being incredibly busy with customers either on the phone or in the store. I valued their expertise, along with their readiness to answer questions and to offer advice. Four years after my abdominal surgery, I had my colostomy reversed, but I still make a point of dropping by to say hello.

The person who helped me, whose name i forgot to ask, was very knowledgeable about their products and was able to find a solution to my problem that was much more cost effective than the originally prescribed rather large dressings for a small wound.
