★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one pharmacist, i stood at the drop off for a good 20 minutes. She helped everyone at the pick up and on the phone and didnt even bother with me. They cant bother to have extra help... go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I even bother with this Shoppers location is the fact that it used to be in my neighborhood. Every pharmacy assistant I’ve encountered at this location have been judgemental and unpleasant. The questions they inquire about feel invasive in a manner that doesn’t seem like they’re genuinely concerned about your well being but only asking to pass judgement. I would recommend visiting any other location for filling out your prescription needs if you’re able to avoid this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff at this location are incompetent at best. The pharmacist himself is amazing and accommodating, but the assistants are utterly awful. They’re awkward, inconsiderate, and very consistently mess up in multiple ways. Ended up having to leave my friend’s wedding early due to terrible withdrawal symptoms that I apparently endured needlessly. My doctor and I are incredibly disappointed. I will be switching over to Earl’s Pharmacy immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection is fine. Inconsistent from other shoppers with what they can and cannot do during the holiday season such as redeem lottery and returns. Staff is unfriendly and doesn’t try to help even when you ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not the best shoppers drug mart in town. Was not greeted, store wasn't very tidy. It felt understaffed and the service was not very good. It does have everything that people go to shoppers for, pharmacy, chocolate, basic food, cards, magazines and a selection of frozen food like pizzas and TV dinners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the male staff members, usually at the main till, is always rude when I come to this store. He is also very uncooperative to those with disabilities. He has frequently messed up my purchases or Optimum offers. The rest of the staff are usually polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 weeks ago I purchased a $250.00 gift card from this location. I paid and left the store and tried to utilize the card a few hours later. The card company indicated to me the card wasn't activated. I was told by the card company to return to the store, so I did. I talked to a team member named Sean at the till and he indicated to me that the card was fraudulent and this has been brought up by their management as an in store issue. He told me to call a number they provided as they can't refund gift cards in store. He then kept my gift card I purchased from them hours earlier and told me to reach out to the head office support. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they asked for the card numbers and my receipt. I gave them the receipt but the store kept the card so I never had the number for that. The support emailed me a case number and in there it stated I needed the card number so I went back to the store and they never had the card. I asked to talk to a manager and nobody was around to help me. I called the support back and they sent me the same email that they needed both pieces of information to work on my case. Since then they have closed my case with no course of action and I am still out my $250.00, well $257.88 when you include tax. I have never had a worse experience with a business where the customer is to blame for a broken system. How do I have to pay for or be out money because the business has an issue with gift card fraud. I guess this is how Gaylon Weston gets his billions. One $250 gift card at a time. Thanks for nothing. I will be dealing with the BBB if I don't get my refund immediately.

She has helped me pick an amazing facial serum that works and not only that but she really made sure I knew what was going onto my face and was so passionate about her job! She also tries to help you find the best deals so you’re not paying $50. Love seeing her when I am looking for anything beauty wise!!!
