They truly do an impeccable job!!! I found that the owner is so genuine and nice, and the staff is so wonderful! Couldn't be happier with this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are so amazing! The ladies made me feel so comfortable and the dentist was so professional, caring and took my concerns seriously. This is the first dental clinic I’ve been to since I moved here from Ontario and I definitely plan on being a returning customer/patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i can see my experience at preston dental was different from others and i wonder why. The front staff and dental assistant were friendly enough but the dentist Dr Garrison was rude. I was asked to wait, which was alright, but I had 2 kids with me who were getting difficult to control while waiting so I wanted to leave. Mind you there was no prior explanation for the wait. The dental assistant went to the next cubicle to let the dentist know we were leaving and she proceeded to complain about how it was just the one her on duty that day and how we can wait, she'd soon be with us or we can leave. She said we can leave twice! What kind of customer service is that. She didn't apologise until the end of the consultation where she grudgingly apologised for keeping us waiting. Lady, I'm a medical professional myself so you aren't the first person to be busy (of which how busy is having 3 patients at one time to see. Have you been in an ER before madam?). Courtesy demands you apologise for keeping a client waiting, it gives a better impression of you AND your practice. If I were alone, I would have waited without qualms. There were better ways to explain the difficulty you were experiencing. Even the dental assistant was much more understanding, very sweet lady. Didn't get her name unfortunately.

Dr. Jason Langin is professional, friendly, extremely careful, gentle, and you can tell that he is passionate about his work. The whole team works like a well oiled machine. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Garrison is a wonderful dentist!! I highly recommend her for both kids & adults as she is very attentive and listens to her patients needs. She keeps an open conversation and walks you through the process step by step. After my toddlers first dental visit he started asking to brush his teeth and can't wait for his next appointment.
Me & my family are all very happy with Preston Dental Centre, all staff & Dr. Garrison!
