I was in so much pain and was not a patient at this clinic, but luckily Dr. Patel fit me in to help relieve the terrible pain I was in. I am so thankful that I didn't have to wait longer than I did to get into to see my dentist. The rest of the staff were extremely helpful, kind and sympathetic. Looking to move to this clinic, because I had such a positive experience.

I have had some bad experiences at other places with dentists being insensitive to how nervous I was to get treatment done and being somewhat rough. This place on the other hand is wonderful! All the girls here, whether it be the receptionists, the hygienists or the assistants are so friendly and you can tell they really enjoy working there as well. The dentists are amazing!!! They all make you feel so comfortable and really put your nerves at ease and listen to all your concerns and explain treatment very well. They are so gentle and kind. They office just has such a great energy and they are all very accommodating to whatever your needs are! My whole family now goes here, even siblings that don''t live in the country will wait till they come down every few months just to go to this office. It's really unfortunate that most people will only leave a review when they are angry about something, and it's most likely just a misunderstanding, but they are the first to say something negative just to be rude (in my opinion). So I'd like to set the record straight on this office because there is nothing to complain about and i'm a more than happy patient there.
D	David Bragg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Abe Patel is the best dentist and medical professional I have ever received treatment from, I recommend him and Willows Dental to everyone I know! I just had a wisdom tooth pulled this morning and it was the most painless procedure I have ever had, even less uncomfortable than a cleaning. The staff are also professional - though some of the receptionists do come across as a bit grumpy. Dr. Patel has been my dentist for 8 years now and has always been incredibly kind, genuine, and honest about what procedures are necessary and which are potentially optional (eg. a pano x-ray or a night guard). My dental coverage just lapsed so I didn't have coverage and I was very nervous about the cost. However Dr. Patel was very understanding and gave me the option of not getting a pano x-ray or nitrous; even discounting the final charge significantly. I cannot say enough good things about him, I will continue going to Willows for as long as possible.

The staff are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this team to anyone requiring dental care.

My wisdom tooth was absolutely killing me. I phoned my dentist and was told they are closed over the holidays and to call the university dental clinic. Well they couldn't help me. I remembered a dental clinic by my home. Willows. I called and they were closing, but Dr Muradi said no problem, come in now. I was elated!! He pulled the tooth with ease. It healed quickly. I ended up switching to him as my dentist. After he left, I was upset. Anyways, Dr Milne took over some of his patients. Another stellar dentist! Love him! Very happy with this office. Highly recommend ?

Dr. Patel and my dental hygienist Kayla are friendly, knowledgeable and make the experience positive every time. A friend referred me here and now I'll stay forever. The clinic is always busy but my appts are never late. I highly recommend!

I was impressed with all the effort they have gone to, to keep their staff and their patients safe. As a patient this put me at ease. As a business owner myself who also went to great lengths to adapt to a new world I appreciate and know all the work and expense involved and know not all other businesses went to the same trouble. They have plexiglass like most places but then each hygienist station is tented off and inside each area they have an air purification system running. Thank You for keeping my family safe and I will continue to recommend Willows Dental in Stonebridge to anyone looking for a dentist.
