★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food tasted great although portion size was small. Okay, so I ordered a 1/2 order of fettuccine Alfredo and got next to nothing. If not for ordering extra sauce there wouldn’t have been any and the garlic toast was missed altogether. It was ready when promised and my husband’s fish and chips was just right for him except there was minimal tarter sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great, food was okay. My order was much too spicy for me but our waiter immediately offered me a substitute so that was nice. The only problem was the substitute was a child's version of the quesadilla I ordered and had zero flavor. But I appreciated the gesture as I couldn't eat the first one ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We as a family went in the restaurant to eat and we were there for an hour and all we got was appetizers, we actually left before our food was even STARTED because our 2 year old daughter was getting hungry and cranky. They said there were backed up with take out, now I could be wrong but customers in the restaurant should be more important. Which is so disappointing because I like their food and the hostesses was super nice but our waitress was put in a losing battle. All the other tables in the restaurant (which was 4, so not super busy in the restaurant) complained as well it just left a bad taste in my mouth, unfortunately I will probably stay away from this restaurant it's one thing to make me go hungry but my 2 year old daughter not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with the service at Browns Stonebridge. Not only was the food delicious but the staff was absolutely amazing. We ordered two vegetarian fettuccine alfredos; however, our pastas had bacon in it. We called to complain and the staff was so apologetic. They told us that they would make us the right dish for free and the manager even offered to personally deliver the alfredo to us.
I have never seen service this exceptional. Many restaurants make mistakes on orders, and that’s completely fine (we’re only human), but they always want the customer to come pick up the food again from the restaurant. Never has any restaurant offered to deliver the food. I was so touched. When the manager came he was so apologetic and kind. This made my day. What excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Browns to all and I’m now a loyal customer!
P.S. The veggie burger is to die for! Best veggie burger I have ever had from a restaurant so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, it’s been awhile. I have been trying out dry ribs from several different places. Last night I tried Brown’s. I’m hooked!! I don’t agree with “boneless ribs,” it’s chunks of pork. The bone is what adds to the flavour!! At any rate loved their ribs!! Keep up the great work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two Grandchildren and myself went for supper at Browns Socialhouse Stonebridge location. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding, We were just getting ready to go when Stephanie came up and ask us how everything was and if she could get us something for dessert, we said no we’re good, then she said that it would be on her. Needless to say she brought us a delicious chocolate brownie with ice cream, caramel sauce and nuts, just top the evening off. Thank you very much we will be telling everyone about our excellence night. Lily, my daughter would like to say the best restaurant in Saskatoon and a big thank you to Stephanie. This made our night extra special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered $110 dollars worth of food with skip the dishes and the crispy chicken sandwich was literally black and in edible, when I called the restaurant I was told that there was nothing they could do. Won’t ever go back horrible customer service.
