★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pharmacy staff but the store staff is often unenthusiastic and not always friendly compared to the save-on foods across the street. Shoppers usually has some good clearance items and sales to keep an eye out for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to thank Kensington shoppers drug Mart for their amazing customer service and their phenomenal treatment of customers. Since they've opened we have moved all of our pharmacy stuff to them and we do a lot of our quick shopping at the store and have always had phenomenal service from both places.
Thanks again to the staff for your amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t shop comfortably because the staff make you feel like they’re watching you constantly, I had my wallet in my hand, & I was asked 3 times in less than 10 minutes if I was “finding everything ok” & 3rd time she had the audacity to point to where I pay for my items, ummm I wasn’t done, and I sure do know where to pay thank you!
Couldn’t finish shopping with her attitude around, went to the opposite till cashier , paid for my items and left. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service at cashier. Got photo taken and printed, but had to wait while cashier decided to stop midway to go to another till, then helped 6+ customers, then another even less enthusiastic person came to finish. Could have finished my purchase first in couple minutes versus making me wait 15 minutes longer. Photo given with blurry stamp on back, even though I didn't want/need the stamp on the back. Not likely to go back. (Nice new clean store however)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took photos here for PR cards about 6 months ago, workers given us a USB drive for which we were charged $25 extra, and told that we could return it and take the money back, but when we tried to return it we were refused, but the store manager agreed to give $ 10! However, after several months, our photos were rejected due to the fact that the workers did not make the right specification for the photo! I don’t recommend to do a photo here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often come to this location and have had fine shopping experiences, but today I was treated rudely by the cashier manager. I had a Shoppers gift card to redeem so went to her with my items. The interaction was pleasant, and while she processed my gift card I began loading my items into my tote. She then encountered an issue with my gift card -- no complaints, I'm sure it was not her fault and will return to the location that issued the gift card to sort it out. However, I take issue with what happened next. Right after the processing error, she turned to me and said in a condescending tone, 'you have to take the items out of your bag because they are not paid for'.
All the while, I had my debit card in my hand and fully intended to pay for my items. Did she think I was going to run out of the store right then and there? Did she really deem it necessary for me to take every single item out of my tote, set them back on the counter and tap my debit card, only to immediately put each item back in my bag? I'm not sure why she requested this, but I did not appreciate the accusatory nature of her comment. I felt like I was being treated like a thief when I was a paying customer who was simply given a faulty gift card.
As someone who has previously worked as a cashier for Shoppers Drug Mart, I would have never spoken to a customer like this. When a gift card did not go through, I would simply ask the customer for an alternate method of payment. I will no longer be returning to this location after my experience today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to do my flu shot on January 21st 2022 and the pharmacist Laurie was beyond expectations. She answered all my questions and was super pleasant. I would give her 10/10
While one of the pharmacy Assistant was hesitant to help and rude, ( even her tone was rude ) when I asked her a simple question about the form to be filled, She said ‘you should read it’ and did not answer it properly. What if I am unable to read / understand English! I wasn’t comfortable at all with her. It’s with staff like this that good stores get bad reviews.
My review is two star instead of one only because of the pharmacist.

This particular location I had a super good experience, the lady helping me out in cosmetics was super friendly and knowledgeable, I got exactly what I needed. With such a nice welcoming atmosphere I will go again?
