★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is incredibly helpful! I try to do a lot with my hair but don't really know what I'm doing. The staff give me lots of styling tips and recommend products. Some products didn't quite meet my needs so I went back and told them the problems and they recommended other products that solved each problem I described. I mostly go for hair dyes, shampoo/conditioner, and protectant sprays. I haven't tried returning any product yet, but they seem quite reasonable to deal with. They know their products and are very lovely people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always willing to help. They have a discount card that costs $5 for the year but you get a $5 coupon on your receipt to use the next time you shop! This is worth getting as they usually have great deals on salon quality products. Makes DIY easy by stopping here. I have lifted my hair and put semi permanent products in that I have purchased here. Asked employees questions if I had any. They seem to either be hairdressers or just be very knowledgeable in general about EVERYTHING in the store. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean the staff were nice to me. One thing I would love to see is more products for black people! You have a lot of black customers and yet a low supply of black owned products or products for black peoples hair. We deserve to have as much opportunities as the next white person does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store used to have great, helpful staff. Not anymore! The store now just caters to online sales, no stock on the shelves, no help from staff. Their time is spent packaging online orders. They seem to have stopped carrying my favourite colour? Not sure since they wouldn’t help me ?♀️. One did assist my friend find a similar shade to her regular colour, and that was a disaster, she went from dark blonde to almost black hair. They don’t even post their hours on their door, I suppose we are to just shop online. Definitely see this location closing soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection and super helpful/knowledgeable staff! A one stop for all Beauty supplies. If you can imagine a haircolour, Sally's can help you get it! Everything you need to maintain beautiful healthy hair after colouring, as well. Hair extensions, nail supplies, make-up...free gifts with select items, too! Staff is so friendly, they remember me when I come in, good people!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff. The manager is really amazing. For my hair colouring needs I never have to go to a salon because she is my guide. Every time I want to try something new with my hair! She guides me with all the product and treatment! Thankyouuuu ☺️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going here. I went in today to grab some toner for my hair, and the lady working (sorry didn't grab her name. She had short, dark hair.) was incredibly helpful, kept her attention on me and my mom while we were shopping and was amazingly nice. I go here all the time and every time I go, someone asks if I need help and I get sufficient and quick help right away. Love the staff that works there and there's soooo many products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the best experience I have ever had at Sally. The staff member assisted my 9 year old and I on picking out hair products for our difficult hair. Not only was the associate helpful, but she interacted with my child and got her involved and excited about the products and the store.
