★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to return a product which unknowingly had a formula change and they would not accept as a 64 day return instead of 60 days period. Had purchased online and didn't receive product until two weeks after ordering which was not accounted for in said return period timeline. Online customer service was also unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accompanied a friend shopping at Sephora so only a brief experience. I was checked on within my first 2 mins of being in the store and upon my daughters request for fantastical make-up colours, promptly lead to a large display of Sephora brand lipsticks in all the usual colours, plus greens, blues, and yellows. Daughter was thrilled and picked out an iridescent pink with super cute packaging. Check-out was quick and easy and all the ladies working there were very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy my skin care regime here. I like the brand's they carry though I wish they still had the Sephora beauty bars in store rather than only online. I love the cactus one :)
I was buying my hair care products in their online store but I haven't seen the 1L bottles of Bumble and Bumble curl shampoo and conditioner in a long time, so I've switched to something from somewhere else. The smaller bottles just aren't worth the price point, and the 1l bottles last me about 1.5 years or so.
