Online American eagle has more variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience at American Eagle today at Midtown ? I usually hate buying jeans as I'm super tall and skinny so it's hard finding the a pair that fit at a good price, received a lot of help choosing the right pair of jeans from a lovely woman who also told us the hot deals and informed that they could order in some extra long trousers in for me as I have long legs? so I decided to go with 2 pairs then at the till the young woman helping said that one of the jeans were out of stock in a size 0 extra long which saddened me however she brought out a tablet and looked at other options for me and we went with another similar pair. Will definitely be coming again. Those two ladies deserve a pay raise for the brilliant customer service they give out! ♥

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great customer service experience here. One of the employees approached me asking if I need help finding anything. She took me around the store and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend! Without the help of the employee, I would have walked in the store aimlessly and probably walked out empty handed if it wasn't for the great customer service.
