★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE supporting local. Bought a great gift (sweater) for my Babe. The product was cut wrong and defective. Brought it back in the proper time for an exchange. The individual argued with me (I had the receipt). Finally they agreed to give me a gift card. My babe went to use the gift card and they only put 25% of the amount on the card. I will NEVER shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is amazing for Guage selection, they got great prices and customizing your own piercing colors/style is so worth it. The main worker is always friendly to the max and knows what she sells.
The not so main worker, you gotta double check stuff, she sold me size 8 guage tunnels when I said I needed size 6

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my first experience with culture craze as a mere stand in the middle of the mall. To the opening of its own store I’ve been nothing but impressed with this business. I’ve received me favourite pieces of piercing jewelry for this store and have always had the absolute best service. The pricing is reasonable and I’m always impressed with the quality of my pieces. I always visit culture craze every time I go to midtown and will continue to do so. HOWEVER the customer service here is disgusting. The person who served me (pretty sure they were the owner) was so pushy and stressed me out a lot. They urged me to buy things when I made it clear I wasn’t interested and didn’t give me any space to just look around first. There is such a thing as “too much” sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bought 100s of bellyrings from this wonderful little store over the past ~5 years, dating from back in the day when it was a stand in the hall until now. They always have sooo many options in stock! Ive always had good experiences with the staff, today Jordan (I think it was Jordan, so sorry if I don’t remember correctly... she was working around 2pm today) she was wonderful and helpful with an exchange that I came in with. Something that will always keep me coming back is the quality of the jewelry, stainless steal, they do not break easily and they give free exchanges if something goes wrong with the piece I.e tarnishing, or if something breaks you can exchange if you have all the pieces and keep the receipt. Definitely hooked as a lifer for this store, THANK YOU!

I enjoy checking out the new selections of body jewelry and fun novelty gifts and pretty shiny things xx This store is fun & unique and you are guaranteed to find a lil something for everyone. From fun socks, to cute unisex clothes , gorgeous hats that can be paired with any look. There are so many local artists and my fave is the NIMS collection which is handmade/crafted pretty stones, gems, earrings, necklaces & bracelets. Be sure to go check them out!! If you're a Golden girls, Willie Nelson,
Blondie or Tupac fan there is something for youuu! :) Great assortment of tees and accessories to spice up any outfit xx Highly recommended!!
