The staff sent my earring to multiple jewellers (not just Charm jewellers) to see if it would be fixable. When it was determined that it would need to be replaced, the staff was extremely helpful in sourcing the exact earring I needed and even gave me a discount on the replacement. The communication and timeliness of the entire experience was awesome, and I would be happy to go back with any further jewellery needs!

I was looking to find the most stunning ring for my significant other but I did not want a ring another person would have and similar rings would be sold in other charm stores or anywhere. I wanted it to be customized just for her and a rare find. We began dealing with other jewelry stores in the city, one had terrible customer service to this day have not even found us the diamond we wanted and this was back in March and the other store literally bringing in diamonds that was not what I was asking for. We met with Charms private custom jeweller Derek and gave him the specifics of what diamond we wanted. We asked for a radiant cut that was elongated. Jess made sure that the diamonds that came in for us to look at was worth our while he made sure to send away the ones he knew we didn’t want and called us right away to make sure we wanted the diamond shipped for a viewing if it were up to our standards. Luckily they found the perfect diamond all the way in Los Angeles and flew it in and we fell in love instantly. The rest was easy, we picked out the band and showed the custom jeweller a picture of what we wanted. 6 weeks later Dev called us as soon as the ring came in and the ring came out better than we expected. I am so thankful for the charm team within this process. She has an incredible ring, we could not be any happier. Jess and Dev I can not thank you enough - you two have always been helpful even prior to even looking for the ring but with other purchases as well. Definitely recommend customizing jewelry through them! We’re already thinking of customizing our wedding bands through them soon! Thanks Dev and Jess!

I got sized and was told I would have to order a size 10 and there would be an extra fee for the size (I was told this at other jewelry shops we visited so I expect this is standard practice) At the time of purchase we were told 6-7 weeks, which was fine with everything going on in the world right now. We followed up with them at the 7 week mark and was told they would look into it and get back to us the next day. Unfortunately we did not receive a phone call nor did we receive one once the ring came in. Poor communication skills on the stores side. The ring was too big so I had to get it resized, even though the lady who helped us measured my finger on two different occasions. When we returned to the shop to get it resized a man helped us and the first question out of his mouth was "Looking for a gift?" and when we said no he lost interest in us and his whole demeanor changed, it was very off putting. Then he informed us the ring was size 11, an entire size larger than was ordered, he said it had to do with the band thickness. He measured my finger and it was a 9.5. His attitude when helping us was borderline rude. Now I have the ring back and the center stone is wobbly and moves around in its setting, along with a scuff mark on the band. Not impressed with this location.

What A Great Gentleman He Is.. His Welcoming Personality, His Presentation, His Knowledge, His Chats.. I was feeling the store was his own store because he is taking care of us 100% and he had excellent service. I Saw Him First Time however, you can figure out like he has been in Jewelry Since Seed. Thank You Again Metin and Thank you Charm Diamond Centre Head Office For Having him For Us. Do Not Miss Out Him..
