Ben Moss Jewellers - Saskatoon

I have been so disappointed with Ben Moss. My husband bought my engagement ring there and bout the lifetime service plan. I have had my ring in a few times to have the stone tightened. Then Ben Moss when bankrupt and told me that my service plan was no longer valid. Now they are back in business and I have lost my paperwork with moving and they can't look up that information for me! What a JOKE!

Super sale with elegant design with reasonable prices.

My bf and I were looking for a first communion gift for his little cousin & Darla was nothing but helpful! She showed us a variety of pendants, and even a different chain thats less likely to break

I am very disappointed that they don't honour their former plans, but I did have a good experience here with the manager Linda! She is very friendly and did her best to get a custom ring made for me.

Great selection of chains and rings, best jewelry shop in town in my opinion

I waited a few days before I wrote this review to determine if the manager would call me about their error (no dice). I had purchased my wedding ring from Midtown Ben Moss sometime ago & it was time to tighten the prongs before I lose my stone. I popped into the store Monday & asked how much it would cost to repair. The kind employees were not certain & I was asked to leave the ring so that a jeweller could take a look & provide an estimate of repair (w/in 2 days). Promptly Ben Moss called me back Wednesday morning & left a voice message indicating my ring was ready for pick up. Puzzled & with a packed filled day, I went to the store later that evening & sure enough my ring was repaired without authorization. I was miffed with their actions & kindly asked the employee if it was common practice for them to repair jewellery when someone is just looking for an estimate to repair. She looked at the Ben Moss envelope with my information & they clearly circled "estimate" for the jeweller. The employee asked if I was okay with the repair price & I noted it wasn't the price but the principal of what they did. At that point I could of stood there arguing but at the end of the day I did not expect Ben Moss to just give my ring back. In addition with my 10 yr anniversary coming up, my ring holds a very high sentimental value & it was at that point where I felt Ben Moss Midtown held my "Ring for Ransom". NEVER AGAIN will I leave any of my jewellery with them & I highly recommend you consider the same before you are forced to pay any price they choose. A phone call would have made a difference in the ☆ rating.

I wish I would had never gone to ben moss store, worst experience ever, I wish I had gone to another store, but I guess people make mistakes. I purchased an expensive ring from this store for my fiancé and within a month the ring started to get bad, losing it’s shine and even diamonds poped out. And it literally looks like I purchased a ring from dollarama for $5. When I went into the store, they said they can’t do anything because it’s been worn. What does that mean, we suppose to wear it, if we buy it and we did not even wear it that much, not even while taking shower. Come on, look at the ring. Beware they sell cheap quality things on high prices. They just rip off people. I would never go to that store again, and I am urging people not to got here as they sell cheap quality and pretends it to be silver and diamonds.

The staff and selection was great. We went to a few different jewelry stores in the mall and didn't buy anything due to poor selection and rude staff. We were helped by Antoinette (hope that is right) and she was lovely. So friendly and went above and beyond for us. I will be back for sure!
