★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls working there are rude! Dont know how to talk to people normally let alone how to talk to people from a customer service position. I had what i came there for in my hand put it down and went somewhere to buy it. Im not going to support businesses who don't care how your treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t normally do this sort of thing but placing this complaint on the day of February 9th.... I walked in today a happy customer and walked out disgusted. I approached one employee who seemed busy but happily stopped what she was doing to answer my questions and she pointed out some options for me, not quite what I was looking for but I appreciate her helping and offering me some help, her hair was dark brown and tied up. I then chose to browse around and there was an older taller woman walking around on a cell phone with blue hair waved me off as I approached her(I didn’t catch any names ). When the first girl approached me again and ask how I was doing, I asked a few more questions and the blue haired employee then interjected a few times cutting off her associate mid sentence. I thought this was awfully rude and I was astonished by the way she was treating her staff. Her done was aggressive and demeaning. I would not work For this lady, nor this company if that’s who they choose to hire. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, my name is Jess. I don’t really like doing these things, but this lady who “helped” me, didn’t really help me. She sat on her phone and was talking to her coworker/friend. I waited for 20 minutes until they asked me if I needed help. I got fed up with this lady (I think her name was Ayesha, I could be wrong), I got mad at her and left the store. I don’t recommend going there and the customer service sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store interested in buying a new sweater and shoes but this one employee kept asking me if i needed help finding anything I reply kindly saying no thank you. He kept following be around the store by a foot away every time I was trying to look for something nice. I stayed in the store for 15 minutes and he still kept following me, it felt very discriminatory for me being a aboriginal girl accompanied by my black friend while other people came into the store he would not even talk to them. He wouldn't let us have our personal space while shopping. I got fed up and felt very uncomfortable so I left and brought my business else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars, i would. The customer service is non existent and has lazy workers, except for 2 that i have encountered that was helpful. Tonight was the worst. Walked in and was not greeted though the store was empty and the cashier saw me approach her though she did not acknowledge me at all (her name is Gillian). I said I wanted to do a return for something i bought 2 weeks ago, which is within their 30 day policy as stated on my receipt and I had double checked with the cashier before I purchased. Gillian just looked at me and said that they do not do returns. I asked why and she just said that a new policy is in effect for the holidays. She was very monotone and did not want to help at all, or bother to try to find a solution as I was told that I could return it and so does my receipt- there was nothing posted of a holiday return policy. She just said I could do exchange or in store credit. Why would I do that if my purchase is fully eligible for a refund? Not helpful at all and very lazy attitude was displayed- I will be contacting their manager or someone of a higher authority if the manager displays the same attitude. Also, all of the positive 5 star reviews here are from the employees themselves. I know this because I work in the same mall and see them there. They are clearly aware that they have a problem, yet they don't address it. Very disappointed and do not recommend going here.
