★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to try on a specific pair of Ugg boots I had seen online. They only had the short style on the shelf in the colour I wanted so asked the associate if they had the medium height that I seen online. She told me that it didn’t come in that height so I showed it to her on their website. First it took forever for her to bring a pair to check on the correct size I needed. Then she said she would check to see if they could be ordered (of course you can, it’s right on their website). However she never returned to help me, so my husband and I left and I bought a pair of Ugg boots at a competitor store. I have purchased several items here before and have never had such poor service as I did today!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today with a friend and she found a pair of shoes that she really liked,when shes paying for it,
turns out the price tag was wrong.
The staff told her that she needed to phone someone about the issues & for the right price & it takes a while to get a right code, etc. She ended up of not purchasing it. And they couldnt do anything about it outfront for the costumer!
Please triple checked the items before placing it out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trying to buy a black converse size 3 kids and the attendant could not find the shoe for 30 + mins came out with the shoes finally and when it was time to ring me up he said “79.99” and I pointed at the price tag on the shoe “44.99”. They would not sell me the shoes for the priced advertised even though I brought up the scanning code of practice. Terrible customer service.
