★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a recent experience on Saturday, May 28, 2022 in this Montana's location where my server was super busy and was very pleasant to deal with. However, there was another server or manager on duty in the lounge, who when asked a question, was very disrespectful. She was dripping with negativity in her attitude to the point that I felt like leaving the restaurant. (Unfortunately I couldn't as I had to pick up my daughter from a group function nearby.) I'm a person who believes in empathy, and I understand people get stressed when they are overworked. However, I don't like it when someone takes out their frustrations or their issues on another person let alone a customer who is supporting their place of work. Overall I like Montanas. But if I were to have a choice of locations, I would choose another Montana's in Saskatoon over this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location 3 times now and I have nothing good to say about the service. Waited to be seated for 10 minutes at the front before anyone came. When we were seated it was another 15 minutes before Kelsey took our drink order. Another 15-20 minutes before she came back to take our dinner order. The food was good but no ketchup was on the table so I asked if we could get a bottle, which I guess means go to the back of the restaurant and chat with the other employees about what they seen on tik tok... I ended up getting ketchup myself, then she acts all shocked when she comes back and sees I grabbed a bottle. This place has the worst service, I recommend trying a different location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mom and I stopped in for a late lunch after shopping. The waitress was awesome! She was engaging and attentive without being over the top. Fish and chips were delicious and hit the spot. Service was faster than expected and certainly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our supper didn't start out the greatest as a server didn't take our drink order for approx. 15 min. He did acknowledge us once in passing but did come back until I went to the server station. The manager immediately intervened took or order and had our drinks to our table promptly.
You could tell the server made an honest mistake as he was tending to the overflowing bucket of cutlery in the back when I went to find someon. He was extremely kind and apologetic throughout our entire meal (almost too much).
It took about 40 min after we placed our order to get out food. It felt too long to me and the dip for my yam fries tasted tangy, it was replaced but I think this heat just isn't mayos friend.
The way the situation was handled changed the what could have been a bad night out into a longer but manageable supper date with my kiddo.
Thanks again B-man! We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wednesdays all you can eat rib event is ??. Best smokehouse / bbq in all of Saskatoon. Waiter was a cool guy as well and the whole staff at this location is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We seated ourselves at the bar side of the restaurant. The hostess seats people who are sitting in dining side of the restaurant. The bar side manager was standoffish towards us and she initially made us feel quite unwelcome. After talking to us she warmed up a bit and then she brought me my water and my cousin her drink. We ordered an appetizer - kapow shrimp. They were good. I had steak and I asked for it to be prepared medium rare. It was medium well, but no one came to ask how our meals were. The bathroom was dirty and the toilets were filled with toilet paper and filthy. I look forward to seeing all around improvements in the future.
